Food is great but the servers are rude and condescending. Clearly, they hate their jobs and so they take it out on the customers. Just order takeout it’s not worth giving them the tip.

Couldn’t tell you how the food tasted because I never got it. Came in a little before noon and ordered one dish and apple juice. I didn’t get the apple juice until at least twenty minutes later. Lots of people came in after me, several in big groups, and I watched them get their food and drinks before I did. By 12:45, I still haven’t gotten my food.

Had breakfast there today. Table has dirt build up on it. Ordered the house made corned beef hash. It had 2 inch piece of fat right in the middle, was incredibly salty , the English muffins were soggy, the hollondaise was orange. Nothing edible on the plate. Waitress was great, we left the full plates on table. Horrible.

French toast was cooked on one side only. Hash browns weren’t cooked at all. Definitely need to fire cook! I spilled coffee all over myself and table because coffee cup was filled all the way to the top of the cup!

Very unpleasant experience this morning (august 5, 2023)at your location in wareham, ma. Assistant manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon entering the building asking for a seating for two i was politely asked by a hostess to sit wherever we were comfortable and pointed to the left towards a completely empty dining room. I walked over and selcted my desired seating for my father and I. I took a brief walk outside to get my fathers coat as he was a little cold inside. Upon returning an acting manager removed my father from our chosen seat to a booth adjacent to a window a/c unit blowing directly on him.. she says "you can just turn that off". This was not acceptable for me. I instructed my father to get up and sit where we had already decided that we were the most comfortable sitting for breakfast. This caused an immediate controversy and response from acting management "this table has to be reserved for a six top party in case they come" "thats the way it is" "if you dont like it you can leave" this acting manager went above and beyond her duties in all of the worst ways possible.. they were many other options that she could have went with on trying to handle this situation. As a long time customer I'm completely shocked and dismayed at the way this was handled. You serve the customers that are in your dining room first.. you can worry about customers that may or may not come later when they arrive... If they arrive..

Very poor customer service. Acting management very disrespectful towards customers and unaccommodating. Not fit for management in the food service industry. Prioritizing future business/tips over the customers currently sitting down in front of them. Servers would rather have a table of four or six. Single patrons or couples are pushed to the side as if they don't matter. All i wanted to do was have breakfast with my 86 yr old father. Who knows how many times I will be able to do that again? What i do know is that i wasn't able to have breakfast with my father today august 5, 2023. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

First time here. I got a random combo.. one blueberry pancake and a blt. The pancake was ok, nothing special. Had a few blueberries that were i dont know.. dried out and tough to chew. Blt was also just ok. In the future ill have to ask for the bacon to be less crispy.. it was a little much to chew, for me! Other people may definitely like it how it came. The staff was super friendly, if anyone says other wise i would take it as a grain of salt and make sure the person isnt just a.... Karen... to say the least. One staff was called rude for absolutely no logical reason. Witness the whole convo.Will definitely try again if im in the area.
