Worst Wendy's and it had to be in Wareham! Service is slow, food is usually warm at best, and forget getting a Frosty because the machine takes more vacation days than Clark Griswall. Unfortunately, there aren't many choices for fast food on this side of town, so I guess I'll stick with pizza!

I was honestly disappointed, the food was cold and there were few drink options. There is no customer service...

The drive thru cashier was extremely nice at the Wendy's in Plymouth, MA. On 3/8/24 @ 3:10 p.m. She informed me of the better deal after I ordered. I've never had better service at any other drive thru.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. Stone cold covered in cold grease. Tried to bite in to the sandwich and on was hard as a rock. Only thing good from that meal was the fried potatoes.

Kiosk only but can’t even make certain mods such as double or triple patty. You’d be grossed out too if you saw how the employees were using the counter tops where food goes as their personal belongings locker .Absolutely sticky and disgusting place. Zero customer service and zero care. Par for the course for a Wareham location.

It was my birthday, and I decided to come here to get lunch. Just a large fry for me. I am not that big on credit cards, but when me and a woman were confused about where to take our order because no one was at the register, an employee said that she doesn't have enough employees to work the register. She then told the woman and myself to use the service machine, which only takes credit cards, not cash. Me and the woman were both astonished and we both decided to leave. How can you run a restaurant if you can't have employees working the register? Just absolutely speechless.

Went for breakfast and it was slammin. Prompt, warm, fresh, and what a biscuit! The potatoes were crisp and well seasoned and the breakfast baconator reminded me of why burgers can be served at any meal. Service with a smile, definitely worth my while.

I honestly wanted to be patient and give this place the benefit of the doubt and I don't like leaving negative reviews. But after being burned, yet again, I'm tired of it. It is rare in all the times we have visited that our order has ever come out right. It is far more commonplace for things to be missing, in the wrong quantity, or not what we ordered at all. Today we ordered baked potatoes and it looks as though they were punched flat. We paid for a double hamburger and only got a single. The fry containers are hardly filled. Listen, I love Wendy's--we usually think of the food as a treat. But I don't ever want to go to this particular establishment again. It's hard enough justifying getting treats with the way the economy is right now, but to pay for what could essentially be a let down every time is just that--a big bummer.
Ridiculous long wait at drive thru. Awful preparation in bag, no napkins, broken straw, ect. Plus over charged before I caught it! Where the Hell is Management??Wareham, DO NOT GO!Parking: Many, because of lack of dumb people luke me eating there!

If you want to be served by an extra on a Walking Dead episode, the staff at the drive through make you question whether apathy is a requirement in the hiring process. This reanimated corpse did great at serving dried up, cold fries and a crumbly, dried up breakfast sandwich. Prepackaged orange juice was delicious.

We have stopped at least 10 times for a frosty and they never have them. Tonight we could not even understand what the attendant was saying. Whatever the person in front of us wanted they left with nothing as well. It also took the guy a long time to come to microphone and ask us what we wanted. They would be better off closing than giving service like this. I would suggest going to any other establishment that moderately cares about the customer!!
