Bad customer service. The negative reviews are sadly true on every aspect. The owner or the person who answers the phone is very rude. I called almost an hour before their closing time and the guy was like uhhh we’re closed. I understand 15 min before closing but an hour? Sounds like you don’t want to run a business and just overcharge people for average Brazilian food. Only reason I called this place was because it’s the closest Brazilian restaurant to me but definitely not worth the hassle of this place.

I just ordered from this place and the service was horrible. The person taking the order was rude and I ordered something they didn't have and they simply provided another option without calling me to see if I wanted this...do better.

Absolutely loved my experience at Alex's Kitchen. It's a neighborhood Brazilian market with a buffet! The food was delicious and had a comforting, homey touch that's hard to find. Everything I tried tasted fresh and warm, and the staff were friendly, adding to the familial atmosphere. This time I ate before my camera, therefore I'll have to update my review with pictures later. However, I liked the ribs, the beef and potatoes, as well as the rice, beans and sweet plantains. Similar to other Brazilian restaurants, they charge per pound. Be careful not to over fill your container! I've been guilty of doing it before. The prices were reasonable for the quality and variety offered. They had a good selection that catered to different tastes and preferences. It's also super convenient for days when you need to grab a quick meal and you want something more wholesome than fast-food. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'll definitely come back. I always think that this restaurant. They have no idea about prices for food. I got a little bit of rice pork beans. They charge about $32 . I think they robbed me.don't go there you can find very good places. Better service etc.

Really delicious selection of meats and salads! I especially loved the sweet cooked bananas and all of the chicken dishes. It's sort of a buffet, so you pick what you want and pay per pound. Great experience for me!

I don’t know what happens, but my orders never come correctly, something is always missing or being replaced by things I didn’t order. Totally disappointed!
