Great place to come with friends and family. The staff there killed it with customer service. Besides one of the employees. He made me feel really weird. He told me I can get it while winking at me too other than that I recommended coming here ?

The ice cream scoops are overpriced, I mean at the same place we can get hand filled pints for less price! I would have been okay with it if both the cones were for weren’t so horrible, even within minutes of taking the cones, they started dripping. The chocolate dipped waffle comes were very soft and the chocolate tasted bad.

Pretty unorganized place. Not sure how it works but there is no sense of line up in the store. There were three people behind the counter and two were just wandering around and I was waiting for 5 mins to pay for my order. And btw, I paid 12 dollars for two kiddie cups!!!!
We enjoyed our 'small' ice cream in the whaffle, which was actually really big!The 'large' is not much bigger.5 stars! ??

I don’t know why everyone is complaining about size . They give enough. I like them because their clean! Unlike Jp licks they all use new gloves and they don’t touch money then your cone . The only issue is the waffle cone shape makes it hard to enjoy the ice cream.My only other issue is sometimes the girls make the scoops look sided. But they’re so nice I just let it go.

I prefer to support local shops but Ben & Jerry's is one of the best and most varied vegan ice creams I've found. Arsenal Yards location is perfect for a hot day or treat after a movie and offers outdoor seating.
