My order is always 100% correct which is MUCH appreciated. They take attention to detail and the instructions on the order very well. Food is prepared in a timely manner and the delivery drivers are always SO polite, oh and the food is DELICIOUS

Wow this place blows. Even for the generic 'greek' style pizza, this place sucks. Toppings are some of the lowest quality I have ever seen in a pizza joint. And the Sicilian is not worth your curiosity. It's all generic... Would rather have dominos, no joke.

Waited an hour for delivery and tipped them very well, pizza is really cold and the fries were soggy, tried to call them back & they forwarded my call to an automated voicemail, this was the first time ordering here & may be my last.

Prefab pizza crush and typical frozen wings and toppings. Not too bad but definitely not comparable to the artisan pizza joints in town. I was happy with the prices and that they were willing to deliver to Brighton. Probably be great for a kids pizza party. Thanks.

The people who work at Boston House of Pizza truly go above and beyond to provide great customer service. They are readily available to make things right if the customer is not totally satisfied. I witnessed a very rude customer yesterday, September 22nd yelling at the front desk staff because his pizza was not delivered to him directly and that his little brother ate their pizza. How ridiculous is that! Delivery people are not responsible for who eats what is being delivered. I felt so bad for the staff at BHOP taking the verbal abuse from someone who is obviously unreasonable. BHOP has excellent food, excellent customer service and they are are always prompt at deliveries. I have ordered from them for almost 5 years now. People, please be nice to others; the same way you want to be treated.
