“Iced latte small size and Boston cream pie is my favorite from DD. This location has really fresh Boston Cream Pie donuts ? compared to many others. The staffs are really nice, helpful, and accommodating. They have tables and chairs to sit inside as well as couple of tables outside. It is located very much centrally near Watertown Square with access to a bunch of shops in Watertown. Today, somewhat I felt my latte is too strong for me and the nice lady offered me a pump of caramel. It was very nice of her. I usually come to DD middle of a 35/50 miles bike ride for some further caffeine and a donut or two. However, this branch which is close to my house, I visit it mainly for fresh Boston Cream Pie. The service is very fast and I really never remember seeing a line here as they help the customers very timely. The shop is not deserted and it’s good to interact with some other customers from time to time. I paid $5.44 for a small iced latte and a Boston cream pie and I think it’s very decent price for delicious breakfast.“
“This is a nice location with courteous, efficient employees. The store and the bathrooms are very clean. I usually get items to go but the interior is very comfortable looking and pretty big with a lot of seating. There's also a parking lot.“
“Much different experience from previous visit, I was helped with putting my coffee in a carry tray as I am disabled and use a mobility device (rollator) to give me balance, female employee was extremely helpful, totally above and beyond with customer service“
“My wife and I like donuts but prefer them to be smaller, so we’ve been dying to check this place out. The flavor balance is just perfect just sweet enough but not too sweet. And they are beautiful, almost too cute to eat. We’ll be back.“
“I came to try the cookies and cream butter donut and cookie monster mochi donuts. They didn't have the blue butter donut so I got the Ube one. I didn't like it with the coco shreds on top and the consistency wasn't as good either, maybe because it was gluten free I'm not sure, but the mochi donuts were ??, cookies and cream may be the best one I've had anywhere, would definitely come back for it and hopefully they'll have the big blue one.“
“First off, the donuts and pastries are mouth-watering delicious. The Kroffle with whipped cream and fruit are to die for, especially with a speciality ice coffee in your hands. I love the matacha flavors; so true to the authentic kind used in Japanese treats and made me feel like I was back in Kyoto.Service was and is amazing! DoorDash was struggling to find the correct drop off address so the owner personally delivered it to me and adjusted the price. Couldn't have been nicer about the whole deal and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything. If you haven't gone yet, go! It's worth the drive and Waltham doesn't do meters so park and enjoy a slice of homemade donuts. They don't make them like this and for kids of the 90s, get the Fruity Pebble donut with a tall glass of milk or bask in the joy of a waffle with cream and fruit and Oreo cooking sticking out! ?“
“A perfect place to try a typical American donut, they are huge and the dough is super spongy. Countless glazes and very good service, they don't have tables to sit at, but it's worth coming and giving yourself this great little tribute.“
“Tried their California location prior and had a good time so I decided to checkout the one in Boston. It was defiantly good, not too spacious but good for the area. The staff was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The donuts did taste fresh and were really delicious. The fruity pebble donut was my favorite along with the cheese only Korean corn dog!“
“It's one of the best Dunkin stores in Boston area. It's in a convenient location with plenty parkings. Clerks are friendly and locals seem to love this one. I like its cozy atmosphere with well arrayed seating. Next time I will try eating in.“
