OMG, the service is sooooo slow. They really should have someone who only takes orders and deals with donuts so the people who just need a ready made donut don't need to wait ages for every everybody's else's drinks to be ready first.

Do not come here in the afternoon. Person at the register seemed like they’d struggle to find their way out of an open paper bag, let alone work a register and make drinks.

No customers in the store. I made an order, the cashier took the money and went to the manager to talk about some Doordash order. Afterstaying there for 23 minutes(no other customers around) I needed to go and couldn't wait for my coffee anymore, so I asked for refund. The manager and the cashier told me that they are not gonna give me refund since it's not their fault that they had urgent issues to discuss, and my coffee will be ready in a minute. But by that time I really needed to go so I had to leave.Very confusing. The store was empty, why was it a problem(((No coffee, no money back, just wasted half an hour waiting for nothing.

Terrible experience! Never go here take an extra .5 miles to the other Dunkin’. There were two employees who spent five minutes on each drink. Dolly kept complaining to everyone including a child about her job while the other employee Saeed was the definition of a perfect employee. He explained the wait and didn’t sit around complaining instead he finished the drinks. This was terrible everything was dirty and not exaggerating the wait was a whole hour. Stay away!

This atmosphere is the worst but it's a good Dunkin' donuts in the services outstanding. It's extremely well run. But I wouldn't want to sit there and have a coffee myself.
Ash who is working in there is so rude don't go there when she is working, she makes the food or coffee however she likes, not like you asking, you can't dare to ask for extra crispy grilled cheese, otherwise she will start to yelling at you.
