The food was not very good, the galbi was severely undercooked, so chewy that it would take at least 10 mins to finish a single piece, even the rice was undercooked.

The online order experience is very glitchy. Placed an order through their website , which directed me to Grabul. Prices don't add up. Say unit price is 8.75, ordered one but became 18.50.Called the store. Said they don't have the order. Called back in another 5 minutes. Told me the they don't work with that website. Eventually located my order somehow with the site they don't work with. But would not do anything with the price. Their explanation was they updated the price recently.Well, if you expect to order something online, and it should work out fine as normally takeout works, or if you expect the people working there to address any of the mishaps and own their mistakes, this is NOT the place for you.

Long day and was looking forward to a nice dinner. Found Korean Asian Kitchen trying to find Chula in Google. Love Korean food and make excellent Korean fried chicken wings myself so was excited to try it. Ordered the Wild Over Wings (spicy) and Mamas Dumplings and the Galbi. Overall the most mediocre Korean/Chinese/Asian food I've ever had. The wings are just fried wings with a sweet syrup and the spicy sauce. Nothing special, very expensive and not Korean fried chicken wings. Mamas Dumplings. If Mama is Irish, I can see that, but easily the least flavorful, therefore worst, dumplings I've ever had. Galbi. One word: Meh. Seriously, can't imagine ever ordering from here again when we have Chula and Home Taste and a few other great restaurants that care about their food.

This site is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. when I feel like having a proper dinner, this place comes immediately to my head. Great and many types of food and a large menu.courteous crew, and pleasant ambience. Not less important, the bill is modest. I tell about this place with pleasure.

K so they're actually located across the street from the fire department in Watertown on Main St. They're literally inside of the Gingertown Exchange (shared restaurant) . Let me tell you this place blows Bonchon korean in Waltham away. Hands down wayyyyyyy better. Their wings are so much more tastier, bigger, and fluffier. I ordered takeout so I can't say much regarding their service but if you go to Bonchon often check them out and you won't regret it. No more Bonchon for me.
