Was visiting my family in watertown and decided to stop by for a quick lunch . Great atmosphere felt warm and inviting, the employees were also quite friendly. Food was great, had the caramalized garlic steak wich was balanced and tasty . Overall i would visit again and im a new fan of Sweetgreens .

Very disappointing experience ?I had white rice with avocado pickled onions and salmon, and it was a really sad meal ....was hoping for something warm and delicious, but the rice was cold, and the salmon was dry (very small piece) the pickled onions were horrible and the lady suggested fried onions to go with the dish and it was a disaster no flavor at all as if I am eating sand ... the staff was friendly and the place had a beautiful heart-warming smell but the food was really bad

This place scooped up what little salad was left in the tray and instead of replacing it to add more, just continued down the line putting the rest in the bowl, leaving it about half full at the end. That was for the salad. The same was done with my salmon bowl, it was a small scoop of rice, a small piece of salmon, and small amounts of the rest of it. Paying what you do for these salads, I expect to at least get the right portion but they were really too lazy to fill up the bowl. I had to ask for more rice, so ended up eating a bowl full of rice with a small piece of salmon and some extra stuff in it. I was pretty unhappy with this, and I have no idea how you can serve someone food when the portion size is a third to half of what it should be. I did not appreciate this experience here at all, and I am not one to complain about my food ever. Mind you for two bowls of salad I left paying $30 for it. Normally sweetgreen is great, but this place is a no go. Or maybe you'll get lucky depending on who is working that day.

My spouse and I had a delightful experience at Sweetgreen today. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and their service was incredibly fast and efficient. I opted for the fish taco salad, and every bite was delicious and fresh. My spouse enjoyed the chicken pesto parm salad, which was equally impressive.What stood out the most was not just the food, but also the seamless ordering process. Despite the small crowd, we didn't have to wait long to place our order. There's plenty of seating indoor and also outdoor.Sweetgreen truly knows how to deliver both in terms of taste and service. If you're in search of a place with delectable salads, friendly staff, and swift service, Sweetgreen should be at the top of your list.For 2 salads ,additional toppings, 2 waters and 1 bag of chip the total was $43.23.

The Dude likes a good salad now and again to offset all the what-have-you. Successfully patronized this location a few times, but tonight, Dude got a salad with dried up rice involved. I didn't recall asking for extra crunchy. The Dude will avoid this location in the future.

I swear I took a picture of my salad... but it's no where to be found! Anyway, this is your typical sweetgreen. Tons of salad and bowl options, all of which are delicious. I really like this location because it's in Arsenal Yards, near a bunch of other restaurants and shops. There some indoor seating, as well as a few tables outside. Great option if you want to grab a salad and dine in or take it to go.The service here is exactly what you'd expect for fast casual. The line moves pretty quickly, but you could always order ahead if you were in a rush. My favorite spot when I'm looking for something healthy and light!

I live in Brighton so whenever I order delivery it unfortunately comes from this location. Tonight on the SG app I thought I would try the Charcuterie Cobb salad. Three items were missing from the salad when it arrived - EGG, BLUE CHEESE and ALMONDS! I paid $13.75 for a big bowl of lettuce.

Don’t eat here they don’t wash the greens thoroughly. I have found large insects/bugs in my food . When there is a rush they tend to speed up the cooking process of the fish and chicken which can sometimes lead to it being undercooked. Also the staff is useless.Vegetarian options: I wouldn’t recommend eating the tofu as it is cross contaminated with chicken 90% of the time
