Alta Strada has an updated Tuscany menu for the season. It is exciting and the food choices at Alta Strada are always outstanding! Also, the famous Alta Strada cocktail back and is better than ever. The service and atmosphere are both always top notch!

Always great service and good food. The place does feel a bit crowded but is bearable. Our waitress was outstanding and attentive. The food and wine are all very good. I would consider Alta Strada one of the better restaurants in Metrowest of Boston.

I love Alta Strada! Three of my best friends and I went out for a belated "Galentine's Day." The food was great, our server was great, personable, and funny, and we had a great time.

Service very good as always. All food was delicious except the salmon piccata. I never have encountered a dish I didn't care for until this night. It was overly salty. The halibut dish was outstanding in the old menu. Everything else pastas, salads, desserts,.. our table order was great.

Even on a special night, Valentine's Day, dinner, the food and service was up to par. We really appreciated the new specials from Tuscany! Thank you Alta Strada, for consistently providing quality dining in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I will say that the chefs hand is too heavy with the truffle oil. the dishes are underwhelming. Out dated and dark atmosphere. Underwhelming desserts. Overpriced drinks. Not what it was years agoThe chef is clearly inspired and knowledgeable about true Italian dishes, yet they just aren’t tasting good. Pls relax with the truffle oil , it’s supposed to be used few and far between. Service is really good.

We hadn't been to Alta Strada in years. It was a good choice to make a reservation. Everything was great. Fit for foodies. The menu is slimmer in choice, but what's offered is exceptional. I really appreciate the staff paying attention to my ‘open table profile preferences'. My husband and I (of 38yrs) take our date night seriously. Thank you!

I was definitely underwhelmed by the food.chicken Milanese had no seasoning orflavor and was not crispy . I've had better eggplant parm almost anywhere.Beet carpaccio was bland. Also one appetizer, two entrées , and one glass of wine cost us $100 before tip -which just seems outrageous.I know food is expensive when eating out now, but I don't know. Even for Wellesley this seems excessive. The space is beautiful and the staff was incredible, but I don't see myself going back .

The service was wonderful -- the entire staff pitched in and was very attentive. The food was good, with several options for vegetarians. I really appreciated that they didn't try to push bottled water on you (although they do charge for anchovies on the Caesar salad). The waiter knew the wine list and made good recommendations on wine and food. All in all a very enjoyable meal. It was a little weird walking from the back parking lot through the basement to get to the restaurant upstairs, but it was nice to have convenient and free parking.
