“All the ladies on that crew went above to exceed with making my order. They informed me as they did with other customers that the grill isn’t working today so any grilled options won’t be available. I asked for a Chicken teriyaki rice bowl.Even with the limitations of the grill being out of commission, they told me how they can still accommodate my order and how they’d make it if it was ok with me. Once my order was ready; they were very apologetic about the grill not working and they hope what they made is good and said they hope I come back again.Needless to say; I most definitely will be coming again; not just for the food but also for their genuine good customer service. My meal was absolutely delicious not only to my tastebuds but visually delicious as well.“

Conveniently off the highway, their tasty roast beef with homemade horseradish sauce and homemade/ hand-dredged thin onion rings were a nice diversion from the usual order of fries (although my husband ordered these too and enjoyed every bite). Roadside eating on wooden lunch benches was quaint -- if you ignore the noisy traffic whizzing by.“

The ice cream is delicious and the owner whose Great Grandfather started the business that not only was an ice store but also a pharmacy, was one of the nicest and pleasant people we have met.
