My 6 year old daughter has a sever anaphylactic allergy to dairy. The staff members that are very accommodating when taking her order. Especially Evan and Liz! They are the ones that I feel most comfortable ordering her dairy-free ice cream. They go above and beyond to make my daughter what ever she wants without making her feel any "different". I am personally at ease when I see them behind the counter and will wait for them to take my order because I know my daughter is in good hands! Although every member of the team is always incredibly nice and welcoming. They take their time with each customer even it the line is wrapped around the building you will never feel rushed to order!

They did have a wide variety of flavors but I was not able to try any of them because firstly they did not have waffle bowls for the sundaes and then they could not give me the hot fudge or caramel topping on a waffle cone. Offered to give me ordinary sprinkles as a substitute. We bought ice cream for the kids, cashed out, and told we we were all set. Then, when in the car, the worker came out saying we did not pay. Very frustrating first-time experience for ice cream.

Despite being a Saturday night right after dinnertime, we only waited five minutes or so to order. The menu was extensive without being overwhelming. My husband ordered a large ice cream on a waffle cone, which netted him three scoops. It was indeed large! I got a small frozen yogurt on a sugar cone. It was indeed small. My husband noted the lack of ice crystals in his two ice cream choices. I was not so blessed. Our server was friendly and professional. And they had a HUGE Adirondack chair for the kiddos to play on while they waited.

This place was bussing. Definitely worth the drive. I got a brownie sundae and it was delicious. I would recommend trying it!

My husband and I have always had a great experience. However, last week we ordered for the first time a flavored soft serve hot fudge sundae. Both of them were like eating a milk shake with a spoon. So ? disappointed.

Pulled in right at 9:00, not realizing they were closing. My daughter was in her softball uniform, and had just earned the game ball. They were kind enough to take our order. They could have said "sorry we're closed", but they didn't even mention closing time. I really appreciated it, and my daughter was excited to get ice cream. Thank you for being so awesome - we will be back.
