“We had heard the great reputation of this restaurant so we finally tried it, after our go-to Chinese restaurant in Brockton went down hill. We did take-out and got Pad Thai and Tofu Curry. Both were incredible and we will be back to get these items again and try new things also, as the menu is extensive and delicious-sounding. Servings were perfectly sized, everything was super fresh and the flavors were memorable. I actually can't wait to get the Tofu Curry again and my spouse said the Pad Thai was the best we've gotten in the area. Ordering was easy by phone, pick-up was easy, and they made two new customers.“

“Monstah Burgers doesn’t do this justice. Got a portobello mushroom burger on focaccia bread and it was simply awesome. My son got a Texas Toast Burger melt and my other son the classic burger. And my wife with a BLT on Foccia shared it was outstanding. Certainly worth every penny. Food always outstanding with the generous portions and fries in a basket. Can’t say enough about the food and the service was super friendly.“

There's a reason that sometimes there is an hour or more wait time for a pizza on weekends. People come from hours away to get a Lynwood pizza. So if you like pizza, especially bar style pizza go get a Lynwood pie and you won't regret it. If you're feeling adventurous try the baked bean special pizza. It might sound a bit odd, but it's amazing!“

“The aesthetics of this restaurant is amazing. I loved the decor, the low-setting of the lights makes it very romantic. Although the place is very kid friendly, family oriented. They have nice lights at the table so if you’re going on a date night or to celebrate an occasion it makes it a great place ! I was celebrating my birthday, and I must say my husband surprised me with this one. The food was amazing. So fresh and well seasoned. From the sweet taste of the calamari to the nice juicy sauce in the bucatini. I highly recommend. The drinks were even great, strong but tasteful. Shoutout to our amazing waitress Ramla. Her personality is unmatched. They gave me a desert on the house so I got the Skillet cookie with gelato which tasted so good. I highly recommend this place. “When I placed my first food order, I found that the food was generally good. The crab rangoon is excellent. With just two shrimp for the sum I paid, I was a little let down by the pineapple rice. I wasn't able to savor the beef ribs as much as I would have liked because they were undercooked. Without any hesitation, I'll give them a second attempt at other dishes.“

“I tried the Venus Cafe for the first time today for takeout. I ordered a green pepper onion and mushroom pizza. I got there early and got it as soon as he popped it into the box, so there was no time for it to steam in the box. I usually have my dog with me, so that's why I get take-out a lot. A little bit of flop at the beginning due to it being piping hot and loaded with toppings. Tasted great, and the price was good. This place is one of the goats of this style of pizza, ssbp. The only complaint is that they use sliced toppings, not chopped. And that's just a personal preference due to years of thinking I took a clean bite of pizza, and then a chunk of blistering topping comes with it and tags me on the chin. Lol. I went to the takeout side and dealt directly with the cook, and he was very nice. I have no clue about the bar area, but friendly kitchen staff speaks volumes for a place. I'm slowly trying all the places that do this style of pizza in the area, and this one did not disappoint.“

You have several options on how you would like it cooked. My friends road beef sub was shaved just the way she liked it. The Italian sub I got was OK, nothing special. Family friendly. Free parking. I saw multiple customers leaving the place with 3 and 4 pizzas that day. If you are in the area, this is definitely worth a visit. Portnoys 8.1 is a reasonable score.“
