We ate here for the first time last night. I had the fish sandwich which was the best fried fish I have ever had. My husband had the pork tacos and loved them. The cucumber salad is so good, I would have enjoyed more of it, and the fries were plentiful and deliciously crispy.
a new little neighborhood gem brought to us by the people at Pelham. Nice re-do if a tired old Commodore motel. Menu is limited but it's a small place so understandable. Shrimp ceviche was fresh a delicious. Squash blossom quesadilla yummy as well and loved the pork tacos. Found sesame oil in the cucumber salad out of place in a Mexican cuisine restaurant so I would address that it I were chef there. Pouring some jalapeño hot sauce on it helped. Wonderful little hidden gem serving great food and family friendly. Could use another server as the service was slow because the poor girl was by herself with a couple of large tables and a few small ones....tiny place but worth the wait for good food and yummy cocktails. This is a third visit for us and I will go back again before I leave for Florida in the fall.
