I love this café!! First time here and customer service was excellent. Cold brew coffee is incredible. I’m picky about coffee and this coffee is legit. They have vegan cream cheese and plenty of non-dairy creamers for your coffee too. Everyone is super sweet and the service is very fast. Cute atmosphere as well.

I've been here a few times and I keep expecting it to be better. This latest time, I got their lox bagel which came with plain cream cheese, lox, capers, tomato and onions. I could barely taste the fish as there was veryyyyy little. The rest of the toppings dwarfed the fish to the point where I initially wondered if they forgot to put it on. Very disappointing. The bagels themselves are also only "ok". Nothing to write home about. The folks at the counter were nice enough when I placed my order; however, I noticed other customers getting hellos and thank you/goodbyes. I got neither. Coolcool. I'm used to coming here when I'm in the area to get my hair or nails done, but I think I'll try to find somewhere new.

This bagel shoppe has become our weekend treat, every weekend! Their bagels are the best around, but I think the Mona Lisa Vito sandwich and the Tuna Melt really set them apart! Also, the Matt O’Malley raspberry drink is a big favorite of mine. We’ve never been disappointed here! Delicious every time

Awesome bagels. Well constructed sandwiches (that dont fall apart). Special mention on the freshness of the tomato. Love that they have hash browns. And damn you gotta try the strawberry banana smoothie - absolutely life changing….

Pros: The bagels are delicious and fresh. The woman at the register was kind and friendly. I appreciated the speedy service. Cons: The menu currently states that a container of cream cheese is 8 ounces. However, when I weighed two of them, I found they're exactly 7 ounces each, including the container. I checked my scale to make sure that wasn't the issue, but it's working correctly. I understand that costs are rising, but businesses should adjust their prices or update their menus to reflect what the customer is really getting. To advertise one thing and serve something different is dishonest. I was also disappointed to see that not all employees chose to wear masks. I know it's no longer mandated, but folks who are breathing on other people's food should be courteous enough to wear a mask for awhile longer.

We recently moved to the area and were really excited to try this place out. We walked in on a nice spring morning. While I was in line, my husband went to use the bathroom and one of the workers at the register literally screamed, "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING?" like he was a child misbehaving. He nicely said he was looking for the restroom. She proceeded to say that it was closed with an aggressive tone that implied he was a complete idiot for thinking it was open. I'm not kidding, it was so aggressive that I almost walked out on the spot. There was a crumpled half ripped sign laying on a dirty table saying that the dining area was closed, but we didn't see anything about the restroom. I get it, COVID times, but most places clearly mark that the restroom is closed, and she was inappropriately aggressive. A simple, "So sorry, but the restroom is not open right now" would have more than sufficed. The customer in front of me, who was clearly a regular, turned around and gave us an apologetic look. I think she realized that she had been extremely rude, because she then made someone else serve us and she tried to make small talk about our baby on our way out, but she still didn't apologize. I ordered an iced coffee, which was good, but we will not be back based on this experience. Looking at the other reviews and the defensive responses from management, it, unfortunately, looks like situations such as this are regular occurrences. I think it's time they take a good hard look at how they treat customers.

The 2 woman working behind the counter were super friendly and you could tell that they enjoy what they do. Very refreshing to have such great customer service. I just got an Americano which was made perfectly. The bagels looked good, but i will have to try next time. I will definitely be back.
