YOU MUST EAT HERE!Don't even get me started on my love of Bueno Y Sano. I started eating their burittos when I was an undergraduate student at Umass Amherst in 1997. Of course, part of what I love so much about the restaurant is the memories and nostalgia of the wonderful times spent at the Amherst location. However, the food is absolutely phenomenal. The burittos are big (they roll fatties), flavorful and delicious. The tortillas are perfection. The ingredients are top-notch. The salsa at the salsa bar has been the same delicious, homemade flavor since the day I first tasted it. Truth be told...I've stopped in the restaurant a time or two just to fill a little salsa container so I could get my fix. I'm not sorry about it.While the menu has expanded, the classics have not changed. Chicken, steak, shrimp, or veggie only burittos are perfect and delicious. I have been to the locations in Northampton, Springfield, West Springfield, and Amherst. The food is perfect ? at all of them. Folks, my wife (also Umass alum) and I have flown back from cities all over the world (literally) to find our way back to "Bueno" because we love it so much!! That's how delicious and perfect it is.If anyone ever tells you, "I don't get why you love Bueno Y Sano so much." Or "It's just ok. " Those are NOT your people. They are the same people who probably say they don't like dogs. Don't trust them.Mr. Bob Lowry. I don't know you, but damn it man...I LOVE YOU! You did it, my friend. Thanks to you and the family of employees who make this restaurant chain amazing! ❤️???

Stopped here on my way home from the Berkshires to bring dinner back home. Order was correct and food was delicious. Online ordering was easy. I especially liked that I could customize the order. Food was not overly salted. I would definitely return if I’m in the area.
Stopped in on a whim while passing through town, and the employees were very generous ♡ The food is delicious, especially the grilled jalapeños!!!!! Great assortment of sauces too!

Staple of western Massachusetts. Always delicious, never stingy. Friendly and quick. The green sauce is roasted and super yummy, the burritos are HUGE.
The steak and mushroom quesadilla is the best. I always eat half then take the rest home. It tastes good cold also

Great location, friendly staff. , I had the fish tacos and the chicken fajitas...Update. 11/30/23everything everywhere is more expensive now, ?, i ordered a pork burrito, maybe was the person preparing it, when i got home was hardly no meat, ? first time,Bueno y Sano is a great place, ? ?"Where is the Meat " ? ?sorry no photos i was too hungry.Reading other reviews , i am not the only one , a lot of Rice, etc, etc. time to check others places,

Visiting from New York, as a vegan it’s always a struggle to find decent food at restaurants- this was SO GOOD- I went with the Thai burrito with seitan because no one else offers anything like that and it did not disappoint! Thank you!!! Please open a location on Long Island in NY ??????Vegetarian options: I don’t know why this place didn’t pop up on the Happy Cow app, which is the first place I check for food when I travel- I’m so glad I found it- so many options besides a basic burrito.
