If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My boyfriend’s birthday was Easter Sunday, and I had no time to order a special cake for him or bake anything myself. I’ve never been to Cerrato’s before but I’ve heard great things. I took this as an opportunity to go in and see what they had. When I tell you this place is amazing, I mean it! They had so many different options to choose from, but my bf loves chocolate cake so I got the fudge cake. It’s the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. It was rich, moist, chocolately, and made with love. Absolutely delicious. Everyone raved over it. The price was incredible also. Will be coming back for more!

I come here quite regularly. I love this place. My go-to is the cannoli, which I highly recommend. The bon-bons are also pretty great. The selection is huge - there is always a reason to come back and try something new. This is such a great feature of West Springfield.

So 3 years ago I had a bad experience with this place sol decided to order my daughter's sweet 16 cake elsewhere and left a 1 star review. I decided to try this place again so I ordered a strawberry cake from shelf for her 19th birthday. Wow, that cake was really good. Thanks to that cake, I deleted the 1star review (under my other account) and left this 5 star review. She loved it and so did everyone. I liked how not only did the cake looked beautiful but it tasted really good too. The cake wasn't too sweet like almost every other cake. It was very edible.I loved how it had strawberry pieces in the cake. The instructions were well followed on decorating the cake.They did extra decorations which I loved. Great fast service for a last minute cake! Would be coming back for more in the future. Thanks!

I have always loved it here however, today was a reality of the lack of customer service. I placed an order to pick up at noon. When I arrived the gal could not locate the ticket. When she asked what it was she informed me it was being finished up because the pick up was for noon. I didn’t question anything and wasn’t expecting her response. She then went in the office looking frazzled and I asked if everything was ok. She responded and asked if I had a copy of the image because the one they printed wasn’t cleared. I asked if she needed it emailed and she said I could air drop it which was exactly what I previously did. Maybe she just couldn’t locate the image and if that were the case just be honest. Mistakes happen! Then I get the cake and I had asked for 8 strawberries and asked for them to have a drizzle or gold dust on them. When I got the cake it had 6 chocolate covered with nothing on them. When I questioned the number the gentleman came back with 2 and proceeded to place in a box. I then asked him why would they be put on the cake he then responded and said he could do whatever I wanted and dropped the two next to the other two which had space in between. I was just a bit taken back because the person who decorated the cake could have come out and placed the strawberries or provided recommendations. Then came the box. It was a double full sheet cake. When I ordered the cake they should have made me aware that the lid would not shut and the box wouldn’t accommodate the cake. His recommendation was to remove the strawberries and place them when I got home which anyone would have known that taking out strawberries from a cake once placed isn’t the cleanest or best way to do it because the strawberries would have frosting on it. Overall disappointed! Even with the decorations you can tell it was rushed because it looks nice but incomplete. - Picture was taken before the other 2 strawberries were placed. I wish I had a copy of the order but it was not provided to me.You can tell that the lid was already touching the frosting. I had to ask for him to cut the lid because I knew it wouldn’t make it.Update: I will say that the cake was amazing. The guest all loved it and it’s truly the best around.
Got the seasonal Halloween treats for the grandkids. We purchased the ghost cupcakes , gravedigger brownies , cannolis and cakes with Halloween theme. Best cookies and pastries in western mass. Their selection for cakes are the best, our favorites are the rum cake and the fruit cake .They also have a great selection of Italian cookies.

Our wedding cake was beautiful. Working with Bella was very easy and she helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and sizing of the cake based on our guest count. They used our dog figurines and cake topper exactly how we asked. We ended up with a mixture of cupcakes and cake. We received so many compliments on the design and taste. They delivered to our venue seamlessly. My only gripe is we special ordered 2 cannolis to be delivered with the cake and cupcakes for a specific guest. I called the night before to confirm all the details, but the cannolis did not make it to the venue. Otherwise, it was a very positive experience!

So I ordered from Cerratos for the first time ever, and I was pretty satisfied with my cake. I decided to try new flavors aside from the same ones I always get for my bday cakes. Kind of made me nervous to try, but It ended up being so tasty. I had ordered a lemon cake with raspberry filling. The only thing that I didn't like, is that the exact directions weren't followed in regards to the cake design, but my cake was still beautiful nonetheless.

I am not from the area, Cerratos came recommended to me as I was in search of a bakery for the pull apart (cupcake) cake I wanted for my sister's 40th. I emailed the photo of what I was looking for an asked if they could make the cake look close to the cake in the picture, they said yes. I stopped in the place the order in-person, and asked if they could make it look like the cake in the picture and if not I would give them another design. The person I met with had a question which I answered. She said it'll be ready in the morning when they open. On the morning of, we had a busy day planned but since Cerratos was the furtherest from my sister's I decided we go pick up the cake first. We got there about an hour after they opened, the cake was not ready. The lady said 5 minutes, which turned into more than 30 minutes. When the cakes came out we were in a rush to leave, heard their instructions about placements of the cakes so the cupcakes don't move, etc. I didn't notice until we got to my sister's house, that they had not put frosting underneath the cupcakes to help them stay in place. Some of the cupcakes had tilted over and the strawberries had fallen off. Then I noticed there were no macrons, which was in the picture and Cerratos sells macrons. The cake did not look good for pictures at my sister's bday dinner. Whatever they used for the big gold balls on the cupcake, people thought were fake because they were so hard to chew through. Good thing we did not have kids at the dinner. The cupcakes were dry and there were little filling in the cupcakes that had them. To conclude: What I got was not worth what I paid for. I would rather have had the bakery say no to my cake request. And be realistic about when the cake would be ready. If there is some unforeseen circumstance that delays when it will be ready, call me. I would have been understanding to that. Don't over promise and under deliver. I gave Cerratos 2 stars because the carrot cake was delicious and the girl in the front on the day we went to pick up the cake was very nice. Thanks!
