I went to Chili's in West Springfield Massachusetts we dined in as we are leaving my daughter asked for strawberry lemonade to go and as we were driving on the highway my daughter notice something floating inside one of the lemonades so we got home she opened it up and there was something gooey floating in the lemonade.She opened the lid and it looks like someone spit mucus inside the lemonade. I called Chili's to speak to the manager and they down played the situation.

Bar tender and waiter were horrible. Asked for no jalapenos and got a whole bunch didn't even eat the quesadilla and the waiter didn't even bother to ask what was wrong and still charged us for it. Don't go here.

This place is a joke. Our server sucked. The black girl don’t know her name. Didn’t ask us how our food was refusing to answer our questions.didnt even come to the table and gave us dirty looks the whole dam time. We literally had to ask for the manager. It was my bday.she knew nothing bout rewards we had to ask her 3 times to grab the manger. and they didn’t even sing happy birthday. She sucks at her job. That’s all I need to say.

Visited this location for dinner and was happy I made that decision. We were greeted and seated quickly. I went with my husband and boys. Neyda was our waitress and she was the best. She was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. She was sweet and when we got out drinks and food she made sure we were always good and our cups filled. We ordered the steak fajitas (delicious), steak with broccoli and mash ( my husband was in heaven), double bacon burger ( my oldest was enjoying every moment of it, kids menu option mac and cheese with French fries and the triple pick of sliders, mozzarella sticks and boneless wing which my other son loved ever bite of. Definitely will going back since we had such a great experience with both the food and the service.Parking: There is parking going around the restaurant

First time visiting this location, when we arrived the host kept passing people coming after us we were 3, easy to accommodate, host took her time accommodating a family that came after us because the the father did not like the area he was supposed to sit in, we were still waiting even though we got there before them, they put us in an area that was super loud, it was like we were in a bar, We were not able to enjoy our food, loud talking banging on the tables, when I walked to the restroom other areas were pleasant to be in, the server was really nice, but the food was not ok, we order carne asada, meat was hard cold and raw, I feel we paid for a plate of rice and beans also restrooms were dirty.
