I'm deaf and William who did my order needs atttitude adjustment He's very rude told me to go back to the speaker I told him i'm deaf he has no patience lousy customer service they need to train workers better when I was ready to pick up the food other person had attitude too this is the worst Mcdonald's I ever seen rude worker not very Deaf friendly establishments ll

I ordered from the electronic menu- got a small fry and McCrispy sandwich. Drama could be heard from the back. Then a guy comes out with my food- I’m one of three people at tables- and the table number is in the order- and he’s walking by and looking around and then calls out my order. Why not look at the big numbers on the ticket and just drop it off at the table? Then the same guy gets on his phone and more drama. So I try to eat. Fries are nice and fresh- taste as expected. The sandwich? Ugh. It’s like chewing gristle. The outside isn’t crunchy at all, it’s just heavily breaded, but the chicken inside has a strange flavor and texture. It’s actually like chewing cartilage for $9.50. I don’t expect much but it should at least be edible. This is my once a year visit to a McDonald’s and this reinforces why that is.

It bad no ice cream or milkshake or smoothie and works have no personality staff treat you like one sense slow service very slow. Very dirty there trash everywhere in the parking lot and in eating area on all
The food is what you would expect from a McDonald's. However, a member of our party has a severe allergy to peanuts, tree nuts, and peanut oil. While thankfully there was a sighn informing us that that individual would not be able to eat a portion of the menu; the employee that we asked prior to finding the sighn informed us that there would be no risk to our member. While I wholeheartedly understand wanting to give an answer, I still feel that a manager should of been asked if they were not sure as if we hadn't found a sighn while ordering at the kiosk that could of requires the child have effernefrim wich could be damaging at his age. I don't think this is out of a malice, but I do think it's important to still rate based on this potentially dangerous service. The speed of service for the food to the counter was very quick, but it was hard to get an individual to respond to us when we were asking about the peanuts and their seemed to be a language barrier with the POS individual. I do not count that against the restraunt as there is no legally dedicated language in the USA. I do feel it should be pointed out in an honest review so that others know they may have a slightly longer time to service as no fault of the counter position if it's needed. Overall, outside of situations such as my groups, I think this mcdonalds would be closer to a model store on the front end with a clean lobby, tables, and bathrooms.

This place should close they have more employees then customers I went there at 11AM to use my points for my free sandwich it kept saying not available during breakfast the 3 people that didn't speak barely any English was extremely rude they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to uninstall my app and try again funny how that works bc my app worked fine when I got home and l only live across the street I suggest not going there only one person speaks English the manager was the worse out of all 3 people that talked to me...SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN NO ONE GOES THERE ANYWAY
