Ordered 3 grinders today..the cheeseburger grinder tasted like low-end frozen patties,the chicken cutlet was chicken patties, ordered a corned-beef with bacon, got roasted beef. 0 out of 10.will not being going back!

The steak and cheese grinder was amazing kept it simple the service was prompt even during lunch hours my wait wasn’t long but regardless it was well worth it for actually googling this place and going there for the first time definitely will be going back and inviting my friends

I went to Richards today, found it by accident, actually. I had a really great ham and turkey grinder. The bread is very soft and fresh, and the service was friendly and very quick. I also got a brownie. Not sure if they are made there or not, but they are delicious. I will definitely be back soon for another sandwich!!!

Want to thank everyone at Richard's Grinders for all of the grinders I have had there over the years. There is no one in the area that has better sandwiches/grinders and pasta sauce than Richard's West Springfield. Had Richard's cater my companies 20 person Christmas luncheon and they did an awesome job...all were quite satisfied with the grinders, meatballs, pasta and chicken!!
