Visited Bertucci’s Westborough. Pretty good than I expected. Bread + olive oil comes complimentary with meal, they were fresh. I had brick oven pasta and pizza, crust was flaky which I like and had good flavour. You will find very tasty dishes but with very little portions, Service is great too.
My boyfriend and I have come here several times and each time we have come we have a good experience. The waiters are always nice, the food always delicious…except for one dish we tried the other day: the pasta chips. They didn’t taste good and we couldn’t even bring ourselves to have more than 2, thankfully the waiter noticed we didn’t like them as we left them all on the plate and comped us for it. Afterwards, the manager came over to apologize and let us know that that was actually one of their worst dishes and they tell people to not get it. He explained that he has no other choice but to have it on the menu and that it’s from a new TikTok trend. I appreciated all the info and also them coming over, we had all the intention of paying for it as we felt it was our mistake for ordering it and maybe it was just us not liking it so it was nice that they helped us out. The carbonara is absolutely delicious and never a wrong choice when in doubt and we also had a chicken dish that made a comeback which wasn’t too good, it wasn’t bad, but the sauce was too watery. Will definitely be coming back.

While the bathroom facilities were average, they did not detract from the overall quality of the visit. Pedro was the best waiter i've ever had. He made me feel so special for someone dinning alone. I just want to make sure everyone knows how special he made me feel. He recommended the chicken bruschetta with the nostro vino wine. I had three glasses. I was very buzzed walking out of the restaurant and he told me to call and uber to be safe. I got home safely because of Pedro. I want to preface how special he made me feel. Hands down the best service i've had in a while; mostly because of how Pedro made me feel so special. Next time I come I will have to bring my boyfriend so he knows how special Pedro can make you feel.
