After weeks of enduring consistent errors with my orders, particularly with mobile orders, I've had enough of this BK branch. Today was the final straw when they declined to provide the buffalo sauce I requested. The manager, a large girl with glasses, took it upon herself to deny my request, only to later reveal she was, in fact, the manager on duty. To the so-called 'manager': You've lost a customer over a measly 25 cents. If you do the math, even if I spend $15 a week in your store, that's $600 a year, plus potentially thousands of dollars over multiple years. Congratulations on driving away business over a quarter. Stellar management, great job!

Ordered the 2 spicy crispy burgers over drive through and given only 1 in the order. Non of the phone numbers in the invoice are working to make a complain either. Worst service you can get.

I need to post this review. I made an mobile order with burgers, fries and drinks on their app. I asked for no cheese, and both burgers had cheese on them, so I had to pull up and hand it back for the employees to remake them. The soda got an app upgrade from small to medium, but I didn’t get the medium. So I asked the employee and she said on their side it shows small. Went home and realized the recipe said (LOYUP-SM), so clearly she was wrong. Also both drinks was suppose to be diet, went home and used some diet test strips on them to check, one of them was not diet. Now I lost a drink. Conclusion, cheese on the no cheese burger, no upgrade and one of them was not diet. I love Burger Kings food, but they need to step up their game. If you asked for customization, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Some other things to add just in general for this BK, they have a great atmosphere to dine in, with crowns you can wear and take on every table. Ordering in the restaurant has a better chance of getting your order right. Food is delicious! Most encounters are good with employees too! This mobile order just really upset me.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger and fries!Dietary restrictions: Has diet soda and also has option for impossible burgers, fries are vegan and the impossible burger is vegan with no cheese and mayo!
