They always mess something up on my order. I drove there today just to get my daughter a bacon egg and cheese wrap and they didn’t even give it to us. Not the first time I’ve paid for something and they don’t give it to me.
When you order a French vanilla swirl cream only, and for some God awful reason it's so hard for them to understand because every time without fail every Dunkin' is guilty of this, it means regular coffee with cream no sugar, if that's what I wanted I wouldn't start out by saying French vanilla swirl, I was just say regular coffee cream only

Last week i came here 15 mins before closing, out of iced coffee... alright. No biggie. Today, same time, no response at the speaker. Pull up to the window hollering "hello?" Nothing. An online order sitting in the window that was slightly open. Cool. Put the last order at the window and refuse the rest so you're walking out at exactly 5 right? Smh
