This location is always busy. Mobile orders tend to take a bit of time. Drive thru is steadily busy throughout the mornings.Aside from being busy and a bit slow it's my local Dunks.Exiting this location can be tough if trying to take a left onto Main St. Be patient, someone will eventually let you out.

Worst drink that I ever had. Ordered signature latte and a donut. Donut is ok, drink is too bad, no flavor, nothing. They better need to upgrade at famous towns like Westborough.We love Westborough

We went to this shop on 02/10/2024 and the POS we not working, the kids were awesome to take the orders on paper and served what we want and then charged us at the POS of the driveway. We were a group of 12 people and the kids did not panic to take the large orders and serve them.

I went to the Drive thru. I ordered a hash brown and a medium cold brew with cream, 3 hazelnut, and 3 mocha.The girl at the speaker didn’t understand me. I repeated my order 3 times. She kept saying something in Spanish that I didn’t understand.When I got to the window for pick up. I repeated my order again to that woman. She said something to be the person behind her.Handed me my order…..I drove away and noticed it was wrong….2 mocha, 2 hazelnut….. not what I asked for.If your taking orders in the drive thru, you should know how to speak English……..?

If you order a bagel with butter here, be prepared to be handed frozen butter packets and a knife, because apparently these guys aren't smart enough to figure out how to put butter on a bagel before putting it in the toaster.

The lady working the drive-thru this morning has to be the most miserable person I've ever dealt with, no greeting, no good-bye, not a single word except utter disgust all over her face. She should be nowhere near front of the house.

This place is the worst. Went through the drive thru and got to the window. Some girl was singing and dancing and not even paying attention to my order. Drove away and when I checked the bag later it wasn't even what I ordered. Went back the next day and the same thing happened. This dumbass girl who keeps singing and dancing should stop acting so unprofessional and start focusing on what customers order. Stupid youth today is the absolute worst. No work ethic at all

They never pay attention to the customers order. They never get my coffee right and every time I ask for cream cheese ON THE BAGEL they never do it. I have the physical ability to put the cream cheese on my bagel but 1. That’s not what I ask for and 2. There’s a reason I go through the drive through and ask for it on the bagel, BECAUSE IM DRIVING. So how am I supposed to put cream cheese on my bagel when I have to drive somewhere. It’s just annoying at this point. It just doesn’t seem like they understand what I’m asking or just simply don’t care. They also have 100 people working at all times and it still takes 45 minutes to get my order.

Ok. Yes it's a DUNKS, we know they are everywhere. But the crew here is great. My wife loves Vanilla Cream donuts and they are over stuffed at this shop. It's very clean. Give them a try, worth a drive if you are nearby.
