Insanely slow drive through!!! Most staff moving at a snails pace. Dunkin’ Donuts in general has lost my business unless there are no other options. Too many experiences like this one!

Service good. Drive thru is slow and always packed. People super nice, but anytime I order a sandwich, bacon egg cheese, or something like that, or even a bagel and cream cheese, I wish I never had. Always undercooked and soggy regardless of asking for it toasted, or if it is, or not. Greasy. One reason I don't like to tip at this location. I used to tip the one that closed nearby, but then I had to start going here. Donuts. Coffee. That's it.

If you're placing a mobile order make sure you're at least 25 minutes away because your order probably still won't be ready when you walk in. And if you're ordering at the counter... good luck to you. Bring a book because you'll need something to pass the time waiting at the counter until an employee "notices" you. And then another book for the time you'll be waiting for them to make your order. I mean it when I say, take the time to drive to another location for your coffee. It will be faster.

Terrible. I came through at around 8:55 this morning. I ordered an ice coffee and asked them to heat up the sugar because it sinks to the bottom, they did not do that. I asked again, handed me the same coffee. You can see the sugar and my straw in the cup lmao. I didnt get my munchkins, hashbrowns we’re soggy and cold, and it just sucked overall. Now I’m at work with nothing but soggy hashbrowns and bitter coffee. Not only that but they made me pay for water after all that hahaha. What a joke

Used to stop here every morning. Service has always been a little slow here but wow, gone down hill, line for drive through with ridiculous wait time. Tried ordering ahead on app and still am waiting sometimes up to ten minutes for my order. Not getting any better. Going to have to find another one

This has got to be the slowest and most un organized (employees un organized) store. I've waited in the drive thru sitting at the speaker for over 5 min before they take my order. You go inside they "don't see you" standing at the counter. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location if you can.
Great service, I by mistake ordered using the app and accidentally used a the address of the close by location and accidentally when to the other location, and they make life more easy and they ask what did I order and make my order. Great service thank you.

The folks that work here were friendly enough. However they were very slow in getting folks orders out. I had a coffee donut and muffin. It took way too long to make that order up. Another thing I noticed was an alarm on a food making machine in the back going off. It had an alarm on it. Instead of turning it off the employees complained about it many times very loudly.

Slowest walk in dunkins I've ever been in. All they worry about is the drive-thru and Mobil orders. You can stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. This DD used to be my go to for years until a year or 2 ago.

I stopped by this DD on my way to a different State and I was appaled by their non existent customer service.I got served by a cashier without a name tag on which I found out later to be Fabiana and once I started ordering ,she responded blatantly back with an eye roll and some side comment I could not decipher clearly.I realized she was having difficulties understanding English and she could have handled an issue much more differently by apologizing and asking me to repeat my order.Very rude individual
