So this is another one of my go to spots. Every single time that I go, the staff is super nice. They couldn't be more friendly. Food is fresh made to order and I cannot say enough. Good things about Jersey. Mike's. I absolutely love their food.

The food is always delicious and the staff is always nice and polite. The bathrooms need to be cleaned, they’re disgusting. I’ve eaten in the inside siting area and is always cold for some reason.

Very efficient and fresh, great tasting food. Worth going over the other sub shops in Westborough even though the parking lot is a little tricky.

Ordered on line at 11:50. Received an email that food would be ready for pickup at 12:08. Got there at 12:10, waited another 25+ minutes for my one sandwich. Watched a good 15-20 people who were walk ins served while I waited, even though they arrived at least 20-30 minutes after I placed my order. No apology, no explanation, just a 45+ minute wait total from order to pickup for a single sandwich. Sandwich might be good, I don't know since my lunch break was fully exhausted standing around waiting. First time here, last time here.
