Used to be my go-to spot for coffee. The past month or so has been rather disappointing. Room temperature lattes several times in a row. Then an iced latte tasted like the espresso was really old. Had to dump it down the drain it was barely drinkable. When trying to order several items, kept getting interupted with the price instead of "anything else?". Lots of new faces so may be a training issue.

I enjoy their lattes; they offer a wide variety, and the baristas are always friendly and accommodating. However, I'm not particularly fond of their coffee beans. While they come in many flavors, I find their non-flavored beans to be rather average. My advice would be to skip purchasing coffee beans here if you are not a fan of flavored beans , but definitely give their lattes a try.

Love the coffee! WOW!! First time and can't say enough how good the coffee is! Staff is super friendly and cheerful. Was with a friend who had a pastry and said it was good, but, eh. Would definitely go back for the coffee, and service.

Very pleasant employees. Good coffee I ordered a toasted bagel/egg/cheese w crispy bacon. Served cold bagel and cold not crispy bacon. I was the only one in the place so it wasn't due to short staff or crowds. Also my cinnamon bun is stale. Premade scramble eggs Such shame as it is a cute spot with lots of coffee selection and the bagels are very good. They just need to execute the order correctly
