If i can do less then 1 i would. But the edible and flavor of the food was a 1. Th3 service was god awful. Had a 19:30 reservation. Sat right away fine. The waitress came over 4 times within 8 minutes to see if we were ready to order. Order drinks and sushi rolls for appetizers. The sodas on the table came out in 5 minutes. The sushi came out in 15 but still no mai thais. After never checking on our apps and still no drinks some other women waitress comes over to get our entree order. Still no mai thais. Now asked 3 people. Mai thais come at 20:20 about 3 minutes before our meal. We finish the mai thai as it wasnt strong. Ask for another. She says no problem. We asked about these mai thais 6-8 times along with boxes for leftovers. Boxes finally come but no mai thais. We told her we want dessert. No dessert menu and still no mai thais. Ask who we thought was the manager. But he was no help either. I cant believe the level of piss poor service. They charge for refills on diet coke. But do not state it so be careful. Got this place off of Phantom Gourmet. And now i will rethink before i use phantom as a recommendation. Bad bad bad. Stay away.

Sushi was served after the entre. The beef bulgogi was over cooked and dry. They forgot my accompanying soup. I had asked for it. It came after I had finished my meal.

Ordered online, they didn't have my food ready by the promised pick up time. This wasn't during dinner rush, this was 2pm on a weekday.Asked for sauce on the side and they didn't do so.It was good food, nothing special though. The kalbi and noodles were cooked well but not worth the price.

Unfortunately, I really wanted to like this place. There were a few menus, one of which being the raw BBQ that you cook yourself, and then the pre-cooked options served like a typical restaurant. I opted to go with a pre-cooked entree as I was afraid of giving myself food poisoning cooking the meat myself. Unfortunately, I still got food poisoning from this restaurant. The food tasted good, but unfortunately it wasn’t cooked :(

Started off okay, after appetizers and sushi the mains were set to come. My friend got his almost immediately after he finished his sushi and although we finished both our portions at the same time I received my main meal 40minutes after he finished. After asking the waitress twice, I was reassured that the food was coming. The 3rd time she said it's coming while putting the ticket in. I got chicken teriyaki, it was bland, dry, with a droplet of sauce. At this point I had already asked her 2x to not put in a new ticket but she did anyway. She did take it off the bill but that's when I noticed that they either did auto gratuity for us or that's their policy which is written nowhere. If it was for just me and my friend then just shows what kind of person she is.. if this is a restaurant policy then diners beware as if you're not paying attention you will double tip. Scam, Scam, Scam. Very disappointed.Edit.. I don't know what the owner is going on about... it was very clear that it was me and one other person not a group of 4.. regardless I'm writing the review for my personal experience not anybody else's. Hope the owner takes some accountability as they and their staff obviously don't seem to care about what goes on. Thanks but won't be trying again.

The food was ok. Certainly not worth the $20 that I paid for some rice and veggies with an egg on top along with a couple pieces of bland dry chicken. Came with miso soup and didn't even give me a spoon to eat it with, just 2 forks instead. The staff however was very nice.Parking: Plenty of parking spots

We starting dining at Sapporo during the pandemic. My friend and I wanted to try something new, as the monotonous stream of regular restaurants spots were dulling our tastebuds. When we found that we had a local Korean restaurant in our back yard we know we had to try it, and boy, it did not disappoint! Since, Sapporo has become our favorite local spot to discover new foods and enjoy well crafted cocktails. The food and drinks have been consistently delicious every single time we’ve gone and while they could charge much more for the quality they give; they are very reasonable with their prices! The staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. If I’ve never tried something on the menu I never feel embarrassed to ask about it because they are always so happy to share their knowledge of the cuisine. If you, are nervous about trying new foods this is a great place to start. There is something for everyone!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. There was a staff member sitting across from us eating for about 30 minutes while her coworker scrambled around inevitably giving terrible service because she was the only one on the floor. The food all tasted like lighter fluid and the salmon was not edible. Nobody came to check and ask how the food was so after sitting for 15 minutes with her food in front of her my friend had to leave for an appointment so she just didn’t get to eat lunch. We asked to remove the salmon and after arguing with us about whether the salmon was bad or not she finally agreed to remove that entree. We trustingly have her our credit card and she proceeded to charge us for the full amount!!! Plus 20% automatic gratuity!!!!! Everything was just handled so unprofessionally and I have never been treated like that as a paying customer. If you value your sanity your sanity

If you’re planning to have colonoscopy the following day this restaurant is just the place for you. Visited this area with my child for rowing races & needed to grab something to eat. The restaurant is run down & food is awful. They’re cheats. Twice had to change the bill since they charged for something that wasn’t served. 20 percent tip is included for non existent service. I mean it. No waiting staff. Owners do the bar & waiting.Disgusting food.I’ve been feeling sick since the visit to the restaurant.

Went for karaoke for my friends bachelorette party. The owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party . 10 out of 10 review. Will return

Sapporo has been around for many years now and I haven't came back here in awhile. They still remain consistently good. We mainly come here for the Korean Asian fusion items on their menu mostly. It's pretty good. Most recently I've finally tried the Korean tacos and they were delicious. Had the options to choose different meats such as bulgogi, pork, and if I remember correctly, also chicken. I had the bulgogi and pork tacos and they were tasty. Another time we always got was the pajeon and it still taste the same as from many years ago. Still tasty. Use to come here all the time too for the lunch buffet when that existed with old coworkers. It's too bad the pandemic caused them to do away with it. Not sure if they plan to bring it back. Overall, never had a bad experience here from the buffet in the past, sushi, and Asian fusion dishes.
