While I believe everyone that was working today was doing the best job they all could I fault management for the glacier service! There were only three people working on a weekend before Christmas at a busy intersection on Route 9. It took my daughter and I nearly 35 minutes to get out two drinks that we ordered with only 10 people in the store. Most of which had already been served. One of if not my only go-to Starbucks around. Food and drinks are consistent, and while I have gripes about Starbucks pricing and certain drinks, that's not this or any other locations direct fault. Service can range from a bit better than Dunkin' to really awesome. Inside is nice too, it's a more recent dedicated Starbucks, so it's got a neat vibe compared to others in the area.

Went whether drive thru and the girl taking the orders had a pleasant demeanor and awesome attitude. She repeated my order and when I got my order, the cashier was pleasant and courteous.
