Very rude employees, they shouldn't be in the customer service industry acting the way they did. Also illegally have a sign that says "no coupons" because they are greedy. Horrible and will never go here again and will we reporting the experience to corporate.

What a day, dealing with feeling badly due to bad allergies. I, just was randomly craving a subway sub. I, stopped going to subway years ago. After, I couldn't roll over loyalty points when they redid the system, plus a increase in prices. The $5 foot long is long gone, occasionally you get $6 coupons BUT ONLY FOR COLD SUBS. That's why, I stopped going. Ending up paying close to $20 for a regular hot steak and cheese. Well, after searching on google, I found a subway open until 10pm. Drove 15 minutes and wasted gas. Just for the store to be closed at 9:35pm! Aka, the worker locked the door. The sign on the door even says 10PM! It doesn't say 9:30pm CLOSED, EXCEPT FOR ONLINE ORDERS UNTIL 10pm! Which the worker told me, only online after 9:30pmI am, so disappointed and dissatisfied.

Using Doordash as a subcontractor is a terrible experience as a customer as there is no accountability for deliveries. I made an order online from the Subway website (not Doordash) for 3 ft. long sandwiches & never received the order. The Doordash driver lied & said they delivered the order. I called Subway store & they said they are not accountable & to call Doordash (couldn't even get a refund). I called Doordash & they passed the buck to Subway. Never got my sandwiches or my money. I'll be calling my credit card company & wasting alot of other people's time in money for a $25 transaction. I'll be at the shareholders meeting to discuss my share sell order as running a business this way isn't profitable.

It's a subway! It was clean and just fine. I came in at a busy time and they got through the line perfectly quickly. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. The store seemed somewhat recently renovated. I'd go back if I wanted a subway sandwich.
