This does not represent Montana very well... The food had no flavor; I was salting it all and adding butter to the mashed potatoes. The bison ribeye was cooked properly, but I would not get that again compared to a ribeye at Longhorn. I liked the atmosphere of the place; woodsy, frontier type theme. But overpriced.As a side note, the waitress put her face less than an inch from my nose and that was a strange start to the night.

Out of town on business decided I wanted to have a nice steak dinner. Stopped here cause I saw on the menu a delmonico which is my favorite cut. I had a Caesar salad to start which was roughly thrown together but it’s just a salad nothing special. Ordered my steak medium rare side of garlic mashed and cauliflower which was a chef special for the day. Food came quick a lot quicker then I expected I know my way around a kitchen so I know a medium rare 14 oz steak doesn’t take too long but to no surprise the steak was severely undercooked the cauliflower was charred which was okay but zero seasoning i was basically eating raw cauliflower with char marks on it nothing special about it at all. The garlic mashed was good no gripes there I ate half my steak and left a peice for them to see when they took it back I was asked 5 minutes after eating if it was cooked alright but I’m not one to send food back so I took it on the chin 75 bux with one drink from the drink menu not including tip stopped at McDonald’s on my way home place isn’t worth it.

Just got 2 raw burgers for dinner. That was fun. How hard is it to cook a burger? Was hoping for a good burger after my son’s HS hockey game at northstar. First time visiting. So disappointing. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Waiter was nice and I felt so bad for him. The burgers were not even close to being cooked. The manager came over and admitted “omg that’s disgusting”.

I’m relatively new to the area and I’ve been in a few times and every time it's been great. Even during busy times my steak is always cooked perfectly and the wait staff is super attentive. When the manager checked on our table it was a nice touch, she was very sweet. I'll definitely be back for more of those pickles!

Good time, good food. I'm usually not a big meat-eating person but this plate hit the spot. Bison New York Strip. The steak was cooked a little under what i asked for but not a big deal. Wqs seaaoned just enough. The apple crisp dessert was a real treat. It was huge so i hat to aplit it with the table, but i'm not mad at all! Overall, good experience.

We sat at the bar because the place was so full and we had no reservations, kinda awkward eating at the bar btw. but our food was good, the bartender was unobtrusive and we didn't wait all that long given it was full.I think if I had a regular seat I'd have enjoyed it more but I didn't because of the bar seating.

A friend and I visited for a girls lunch out. We sat in the bar and we promptly greeted by our waitress with a small bowl of pickles, how fun is that! I ordered a fountain cherry coke which was so good. For lunch I had the Red Rock Chicken Sandwich, it was decent. It tasted good, but wasn't outstanding. They fries were well seasoned and crispy. My friend had a bun-less burger and cherry lemonade, which she enjoyed. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I would absolutely return.

The two stars I am giving on this review is for our waiter and his really good service! That was about all that was really good. My boyfriend ordered the chili extra hot in temperature to start. The chili came out room temperature! I had the meatloaf which was ice cold and had to send it back. This location has an open kitchen and you can see the chef. When our waiter brought back my meatloaf I could see the chef visibly rolling her eyes! My boyfriend ordered a burger medium with lettuce and tomato on the side. His burger came well done at best with the end slice of the tomato 100% disappointing because the meatloaf and burger truly had potential Maybe they should think about a new enthusiastic chef!
