We just had an amazing breakfast buffet for 16 brought to us by Andy at New York Deli. The food was hot and delicious, the coffee hot and delicious and it was all delivered on time with a smile and IMHO reasonably priced. And Andy helped us out in a pinch at the last minute. Delicious, accommodating and a no brained if your need to cater in the Metrowest area. Enjoy!! I will use them for every one of our events.

Went to pick up my lunch and was given the wrong order. I called them back and the person was rude saying he read me the order and I should have been paying attention, when he definitely didn't read it to me. Either way, instead of asking me if I want to come back and get the correct order... he said in a condescending voice "what would you like done about it, you weren't paying attention." Won't be ordering from there again.

I used to work off of route 9 in Westborough and this was definitely the #1 office favorite for lunch meeting deliveries. You can't go wrong with any of the classics - Reuben, pastrami, the tuna salad... the specialty sandwiches are great, too. There's something for everyone. Don't forget to add a cookie platter! Even better, just go and sit down and have your lunch there. I was a regular throughout my pregnancy. The owners are so kind and hospitable and the cafe smells like absolute heaven. They have cozy places to sit and the soup is always hot!

Made it here for the first time in a long time - sad to say it's the last in a while. Staff was nice and the sandwiches were really good. But as others have mentioned - no masks on staff, or even some customers. Each to their own, but had I noticed that the employees were not wearing masks before I ordered, I'd have just left. For me, places that serve food should care if they might make their customers sick.

I have always loved ny deli and never previously had a single complaint. Always a reasonable wait time and food is always good. Have to give them less stars than i normally would though bc every time i have been in recently employees are wearing their mask below their nose. I am no longer comfortable picking up from here. Makes me sad bc there are not a lot of deli options

My number one choice of places to eat in the metro west area. The quality of food is great and very reasonably priced. I recommend the steak and cheese.
NY deli does not enforce the mask mandate. When I was there several patrons and employees were not wearing masks. I called BOH and learned that they get 3+ calls a week on this business. Unfortunately I was told they cannot do anymore than has already been done. Therefore, I feel encouraged to tell everyone I know not give them business. The biggest fine they can get is lost business.

COVID-19 INFECTION WAITING TO HAPPEN. I went in there to grab a quick sandwich. NONE of the employees but the girl at the order counter were wearing masks and immediately after taking my order, she took off her mask. None of the 3 people making the food were wearing masks. The man at the cash register was not wearing a mask. When I asked him to please put on a mask so I could come up and pay he flat out told me "I don't wear masks" and was extremely rude about it. There was no protective glass or plastic to help prevent infection anywhere. I was horrified and disgusted that the people there have so much disregard for the safety of others. Not to mention that this is a state wide mandate! Good luck to anyone who goes in there, I threw my food away without eating it and I will never be returning.

Walked in and waited 5 minutes while 3 workers ignored me even though I was the only customer. Extremely rude. I decided they didn't want my business. I've been here once before and sandwich was small for price.
