We came to this restaurant 10 years ago and got a good experience. This time we are disappointed about how much it is changed. The seafood tofu stew doesn’t have much seafood, the fried fish is very salty, the tables are crowded, the outdoor stairs are shaking. So, this is the last time we come here.

It was very ordinary Korean food, Banchan was bad and Kimchi ordinary. All the food we ordered was sweet! We had specifically told that we like spicy food. I had an impression that Bulgogi was supposed to be spicy, but it was not. Everything from chicken, to pork, to beef was similar in taste. It was overpriced too. We were dissapointedParking: Limited free street parking spots in front of restaurant. But plenty of parking a short distance away, in the complex nearby.

The building itself is small and unassuming, well-worn, but cared for and clean. There are prints and photographs hung for decoration, alongside Korean calligraphy of menu items. They have televisions playing Kdramas and other shows, which were fun to watch as we ate. Service is friendly and prompt, and the food is delicious. I had the dolsot bi bim bap and some of the fried dumplings. My boyfriend had the omurice and short ribs. We ate until we were stuffed, and still had some to take home for later. Great value, especially considering the quality of the flavors. Will definitely eat there again, and suggest others do too.Parking: Parking is located behind the building, accessed from beside the building to the right of the restaurant. Some spaces are also available out front.

Terrible experience. The old lady (waitress? boss? manager?) is RUDE. She gave us no response at all every time when we say "please" "may I.." "Thank you". No free hot tea or water for us, but other tables have tea or water. Why? Because she thought that we have ordered two beverage and no need for tea and water. She missed one of our orders, but she blamed us with incredible loud voice for not ordering clearly....she shouted twice...Conclusion: rude and no service at all.BTW, the food is just below average level, way worse than korean restaurants in California or NYC. But we don't have much choices in little towns here.

Is this the best restaurant in the area? Not really, but it is MY favorite restaurant. The food is great, the service is great. Give it a try. I can't stress how much I love this place.

Prices have been consistently rising, while the quality and quantity of the dishes have been consistently falling. Somewhat sassy service used to be endearing, but now that the food is bad and overpriced, it just comes off as rude.

5 to 10 years ago, I would have given a 4 or 5 star review and lauded it as the best Korean restaurant in the area. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I am sure that the residual effects of the lock-down on small restaurants and rising prices overall are primarily to blame (which is why this is a 3 star review instead of a 2), but my family's experience here was incredibly disappointing compared to our visits in the past.Prices were significantly higher across the board, which is unfortunate but understandable... except that food quality has also dipped significantly. Two of our "hot" fried dishes were warm at best and even cold at parts. The texture of the and quality of the ingredients was not particularly fresh. The broth in the spicy seafood stew was far less rich but made far spicier to hide it. There were far fewer sides than in the past, and they charged for more, when in the past they would be complementary and you didn't even have to ask.All that said, it wasn't a "horrible" experience, but as someone who used be to a repeat customer in years past, I will most likely no longer be visiting or recommending this restaurant.

Amazing food, but asked for gluten free, and got warned, while being served the food, which items weren't safe (and they forgot to mention the sushi roll had beef marinated in soy sauce, which at least I knew from ordering. The food I could eat was amazing!Dietary restrictions: Not as trustworthy for gluten free options because the beef is marinated in soy sauce and I was still served a small quantity of things I knew I couldn't eat (luckily in a segregated bento style box).

If you want great tasting, authentic Korean food, look no further. The service here was quick (for a 6pm thursday, despite having what looked like only 2 staff), and the place gave a very homey vibe. I got the Spicy Rice Cake (떡볶이), Gimbap (김밥), Pan Fried Mackerel (고등어구이), and Soon Dae Blood Sausage (순대)--which I recommend you try, you will be pleasantly surprised.Parking: A few spots in front of the restaurant (parallel parking), or more easily park across the street and cross.

Do not order takeout from this place. Extremely small portion sizes and low quality ingredients. When I picked up my order, I was given a menu with handwritten prices, which are higher by 50% than what are on their website or Yelp. Extremely deceptive. I ended up paying $17 for 6 pieces of fried chicken wings, $30 for seafood stir fry with 1 mussel and 3 shrimps. Bulgogi is very watery, so you pay $25 for maybe 4 oz of meat. Chicken wings are over-fried and super dry. Seafood soup barely has any seafood.

Do not order takeout from this restaurant, if you do not want to get ripped off. I would give zero star if I could. I ordered a takeout today. When I picked it up, I was given a menu with hand written prices, which are 50% higher than what are on their website or Yelp. In addition, the portion sizes are tiny, e.g. $17 for 6 pieces of chicken wings, $30 for seafood stir fry with 1 mussel and 3 shrimps. Bulgogi is very watery, maybe 4 oz of meat that charges for $25. Chicken wings are over fried and super dry.

Excellent Korean food in the area. This is our go-to place for those cold evenings when we crave for a sizzling bibimbap and spicy tteokbokki. Recommend their makkoli if you’re looking for something besides soju. They have a few vegetarian/vegan options too! You get a hole in the wall vibes and the food is aptly delicious. Couple ladies run the service and they’re very nice! Suggestions - It’d be awesome if they can fix the creaky seats at the booths and give a reasonable portion for the price (A spoon of beef on bibimbap seems far too less). Easy five stars if they can address these?

I think I would’ve preferred the bulgogi to be more salty rather than just sweet. The soup was good, although the cabbage could have been slightly softer. The mackerel was the best - crispy and flavorful.
