The food is always great .I love there roast beef grinder ❤️the roast beef is never rubbery it’s always perfect.Another favorite is there cooked veggies grinder with no cukes an no feta ❤️that’s a chiefs ? kiss.There pizza is always delicious.Wanda is usually our delivery person that comes a lot an she’s such a sweet happy person ,every time she shows up delivering our meal ,we’re always happy to see her ❤️I’d give the 10⭐️definitely.
Pizza is decent for sure. But careful spending extra money on extra cheese (see pic) and in a bizarre twist the broccoli bites appetizer came with no broccoli bites. It had chicken tenders, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. When I called to ask about this, they seemed to say I was supposed to pick 3 things and they weren't all included. But this isn't an option online. Nor does it say this is the case anywhere.
Best Pizza in Western Mass! I grew up in Jersey where its hard to find bad pizza, so to find a place that has pizza this good is amazing. The employees are very nice and the prices are great. I recommend this place hands down.

I drove 30 minutes here for the newly advertised 'Bella Roma Special Pizza' that clearly states on their website that it has chicken tenders, waffle fries, and Chick fil A sauce (yes, believe it or not, Bella Rome states that this pizza has Chick fil A sauce on it). I find it hard to believe, after the stunt they pulled, that they have a partnership with such a reputable establishment like Chick fil A, so I'm not entirely sure that this 'collab' is genuine. Anyways, much to my dismay, I opened the box to absolutely NO Chick fil A sauce on the pizza. Luckily I had a bottle of it at home in my fridge, or else I would have brought the pizza back and requested a refund. Very dissapointed. Not to mention, the "chicken tenders" were miniscule and the fries were sparse. Slim pickin's over there, I guess...

this place absolutely sucks. i ordered THREE ITEMS. and this place is too incompetent and ignorant to deliver that. i've waited 2 hours for my food. i ordered on doordash, and every minute, it says it will be here the next. they take doordash orders, but they don't use their drivers, so when i try to get credit or get a refund from this idiotic place, i can't. i've only had one other bad experience with doordash, and was able to get a refund because that restaurant isn't as stupid as this place. oh, and you wanna know what? i called once, because it had been an hour since i ordered. so i asked if they could give me any updates, and she just said it was ALMOST there. just almost. so now, it's around 25-30 minutes after the first call, and i see on the doordash app that the order was completed, but there's no damn food anywhere. so i call again, trying not to blow up on this lady because i can't STAND stupid people, and you know what she says? the order wasn't placed because the computers were down. THE SAME WOMAN WHO SAID MY ORDER WAS ALMOST THERE, SAID MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH. thanks for ruining my night! my appetite is gone
