Went tonight and the kid at the register was as high as a kite. Could barely hold his eyes open, and definitely couldn't speak coherently. Started an entire different task before even finishing with me and handing me my receipt. Wow.

My go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal! The staff here are consistently friendly, making every visit a pleasure. Their commitment to using fresh ingredients shines through in every bite, ensuring a delightful dining experience. And those shakes? Absolutely divine – a must-try for any visit! However, I've noticed recently that the portion sizes for fries seem to have diminished. While the quality remains top-notch, a little more on the plate would be appreciated. Overall, though, still a solid choice for delicious food and excellent service.

ordered twice and both times have been terrible, they got the order wrong both times and there was hair in the first order, second order no bacon was put on two “bacon cheeseburgers” and they put 3 patties on one burger instead of two patties on two burgers. completely

Worst Five Guys experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I walked in around 7:45pm, well before the posted closing time of 10pm. There was nobody in front of us in line, but none of the staff acknowledged us for at least 2 minutes. There were 3 people working and one was just standing there playing with her phone. It took about another 5 minutes for somebody to finally take our order. (Manager/owner- if you’re reading this, check the video for 2/22 around 7:45pm). We ordered 2 large Cajun fries which came to almost $15. Even though we waited about 10 minutes for our order the fries were cold, unseasoned and half full. Very disappointing. I will never visit this location again!

I really like five guys. But I just had a not so good experience for the first time. Burger was dry and overcooked and the French fries were definitely overcooked and burnt. I was very disappointed but I will go back.

I ordered online for a bunch of people and the order was just about ready when I got there and it was accurate, accommodating difference food allergy/requests. The staff were super nice and friendly. It was an easier experience than I anticipated with an online order. Everything was great!Dietary restrictions: Accommodated a gluten-free and a low salt diet. Very appreciative.
