I don't understand, you would think with all the bad reviews this place would try and make some changes. The employees are terrible, and I don't really blame them because the management/supervisors or whoever is supposed to be in charge are the dumbest people I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. I hate that this is the closest KFC.

This is the second time I got take-out from the westfield ma store and both times the chicken has been more than disappointing. The first time the chicken was one step from being raw the second time it was so over cooked it was charcoal. We won't even get into the cost of this stuff they call food . There was a time kfc was king they won't get another dime out of me . I suggest going to the big y and getting a box of banquet chicken at least thats edible.

I put an online order in for the 10 dollar 8 piece bucket of chicken and 2 wraps for 2 pm. I got to store at 5 of 2 .I went up to register told the girl my order she said that I canceled it. I said iam standing right here I didn't cancel. She had no response. I asked can I order it though you .she said no go outside and reorder. I said how long will that take. She said as long as it takes. I explained I didn't hang wrong and checked my email .the order was canceled while I was standing talking to her. I was fuming I left went home and called the manager .I explained to him he said nothing I can do .I asked is this except able customer service. He again stated nothing I can do .there is always a way to make things right KFC doesn't care about its customers. They win I will never go there again

ONCE AGAIN I PAID $15 for the wrong meal and female gave me all drumsticks. It’s not that difficult to put a breast, wing and thigh into a box!!! Stay away!!

All I wanted was some fried Chicken that I needed for a party I get there and there closed this was at 8:00 at night there hours were 10-10 so I drove all the way for nothing and now I had to show up to a party empty handed with no fried chicken and I already told the host that I was bringing fried Chicken so now the host is very upset that I could not supply fried chicken and I refuse to get fried chicken from anywhere else if your hours are from 10-10 then stop serving at 9:50 if they want to leave so badly and now I wasted gas and now I cant trust a business that cant stay opened until 10:00

Best KFC ever. First time ordering, something was forgotten and we live quite a ways away. Dad called in to tell them to say hey, next time just check the order again before putting it out. They told him to come back the next day for a new meal on them. The people who work at this location are nice and wonderful! 10/10 would definitely order from here again!!

Placed a very large order online at 12:30 pm for a 5:15 pick up time so we would not slam the drive thru.Added to our order at 3 pm for 5:15 pick up as well. Arrived at 5:15 to find the second part of our order waiting for us.Asked twice about the first part of our order and no one would respond to us. In the mean time large orders were being put together for drive thru.Finally they said they were working on the rest of our order.After waiting till 5:30 we finally got the rest of our order and of course the first part of our order was cold. Arrived home with over a $100 worth of cold food for a party. Guess we should have just ordered thru drive thru and slammed them.

Literally whoever owns this store is clearly stealing money from the KFC franchise. It's like the purposefully hire incompetent people to written they're and literally train their employees to provide the worst customer service. It's not even 930 and they serve me stale fries when they still have 30 minutes to close. Whoever owns this store I really hope only the worst for you. KFC fire this fool and everyone that works there. They are stealing money from your franchise. I've ordered from here on over 10 occasions and my meals have either been completely wrong or I've been given food from the previous day or that is just old and inedible. This place is a dumpster fire.

First time visiting KFC in over 40 years got the extra crispy chicken and biscuits chicken was excellent. The biscuits were nice and soft in the service was very quick .

I’ve eaten there twice this week. I ordered the extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The chicken was so dry it look like it’s been sitting here all day. The second time I went there I ordered the original chicken.. and it looked like that chicken was sitting here all day. whatever happened to customer service. When you order food from these places to get where are you going and open? The box it’s like…WOW… it’s sad when you spend your money in these places and the people that serve you this food don’t even care whatever happened to customer service. Because it’s not here at this KFC don’t waste your time and spend your money coming here. I
