Ordered a grinder and fries for lunch. Took a couple of bites from my grinder (which I asked to be slightly toasted but was still cold) when I tasted MOLD and spit it out and found a giant black piece of mold on my grinder. I nicely called them back and asked for a refund which I am YET still to receive.Asked for my fries to be slightly more toasted/fried yet got soggy gross fries.Bread was hard as a rock and corners were inedible. Let’s just say unless you want food poisoning just avoid this place!Ruined my whole appetite.

These guys advertise on Uber eats but don't necessarily deliver to you. Got home from traveling, spent time selecting dinners, placed my order, and never got it. I had seen a note saying they were preparing my order and they had given me an estimated delivery time. When the time came and I didn't get my food I found a note saying that they had canceled my order. That's ridiculous. I'm done with Uber eats and I wouldn't eat at pizza Towne if it were free. They don't really care about their customers.
