This Taco Bell is completely incompetent. They simply cannot get order customizations correct. I order black bean crunchwraps with no black beans because I like crunchwraps but I don't eat meat and I'm allergic to black beans. Every single time they put black beans in my order with no black beans. They've also had issues with my doordash orders where they say they never got my order and refuse to fill it even when I show them my phone to prove that I ordered it. They are incredibly rude and one of the workers accused us of trying to get free food even though I had proof in my hands that I ordered. Another time we were inside and heard a woman working who was having problems again with a doordash order and she was loudly cursing and talking badly about the doordash customer in the middle of the store. Rude, lazy workers.

I'm someone who used to work here and I worked night shift almost every single day. Something I can say for sure is I wouldn't recommend anybody work here unless it's your absolute last resort, it wasn't my last resort when I started.

I went here with my Son a few days ago. It was my first time eating Breakfast here. I thought the food was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it. I'd come back again for Breakfast.

It's always a 50/50 experience when I come here whether they get everything right or mess up the entire order. Today I got a few thing one of them being the grilled cheese burrito. They didn't put the cheese on the outside of the wrap or grill it, isn't that the whole point of this burrito?? Unfortunately didn't realize until I got home 20min away, so looks like next time I will need to open all the wrappers up and make sure they got everything right before leaving.

I ordered in the chaos. OK fine. I’m a vegetarian so I asked for potatoes, extra tomatoes, extra lettuce on my vegetarian crunch wrap supreme .. added some potatoes light on some sauces. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla with potatoes in it and no spicy sauce… I got home unwrapped it and that’s what my supreme looks like no extra of anything and my cheese quesadilla has sauce on it. And we were waiting there for a good 10-15 minutes while they prepared my order. I could literally see the guy looking at the screen and going to get everything that he needed in order to make my food. And for somehow he didn’t follow it!! It says it very clear on my receipt. I paid for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, potatoes, to be added into my food, and I’ve got zero of it .. I just wanted to have dinner and go home after a long day of work. Come on people do better!!

Just a taco bell, what did you expect? I gotta say though, not a great one, often out of menu items, and closes as early as 10pm. If you're like me, then Taco Bell is usually a late night option, like midnight.
