Sara and the current team are amazing!! You can't get better than this as they are so fast, accurate and polite with the orders, whether you are dining in or takeout. The team keeps the lines moving, as this is a really busy location so be patient. They are always cleaning the tables and trash. Unfortunately, tech issues occur, but they work to make it right and will work with you if this happens. Plenty of parking. Place gets really busy at lunch due to all the local business so keep that in mind. Thank you so much for great service and delicious fresh food!!Vegetarian options: Salads are delicious.

It’s anlways something at this one, they NEVER have change and when I say never I mean never!!! Then they NEVER have steak, I came here a couple times this week and every time they didn’t have steak!!!!Tonight I went in and not only were they out of steak but sour cream and the girl refused to go get more, it was 9:30 there was 4 people that came in behind me and she said no because they were about to close. No you close in 30mins!!!! I was surprised they were even open at 9:30 because this past week they were closed well before 9:30pm….I will take my money elsewhere from now on, the service is awful, not sure if there’s a manager, But if there is maybe you need a new one because how hard is it to make sure you have change everyday or to make sure your staff isn’t running out of food everyday!!!

Idk why there are bad reviews. Place slaps. Always a completely full bowl and it's fresh. They could wipe the tables more often and have two people on the order station at all times, but it's a very busy chipotle, comes with the territory. I've only ordered in.. never pickup. I'm always here after lifetime lol

Don’t order from here after 6 pm…have been here multiple times and they consistently run out of chips, guacamole, and queso. Today I ordered a steak bowl for pickup and discovered I only got half the ingredients when I got home. The least they could do is let you know if they’re out of ingredients…A few weeks ago I waited over 45 minutes in store for 2 burritos. Completely unacceptable for a “fast food” establishment.Management does not care or support their staff. Stay away from this franchise and go elsewhere if you want a correct, decent, and timely meal.

While I was waiting for my burrito to be made, I saw a worker spit in my carne asada. I called him out for it and he didn't say anything and kept making the burrito and then I left.
