$15 for a microwaved meal, that obviously wasn’t fresh. Should not pay restaurant prices for fast-food. The served size was children sized, also not worth the $15. Based on size and quality, this should cost no more than $8, even in 2024 and inflation adjusted!

It's a PB located in the Wegman's mall. Convenient, with the standard fare available from baked goods to salads. They tend to have a skeleton crew since there's have the kiosks to order from, which can make it more convenient if there's a queue. If you sit down sometimes they don't give you a buzzer to tell you when you're food is ready so you have to listen for your name. It's not particularly different from any of the other PB around.

Ordered two salads. The portion cups for the dressings are minuscule and they were only filled up less than a centimeter. There were literally 3 drops of dressing for my salads. Ordered extra chicken and it came with three pieces

I love the baked goods at Panera...they are really well done and the price point is very affordable.This week, their website is running a 20% off gift cards, just in time for Father's Day, so you can get a physical gift card or an e-card and save some money.I stopped at this Panera to get me some chocolate croissant and it was delicious....gooey chocolate filling and a nice flaky dough...Just melts in your mouth. Like usual, I ordered the croissant using my Panera mobile app and the croissant was ready when promised. Easy !!!
Went here with some friends for lunch! Unfortunately a staff member was verbally harassing my friend who brought in RICE (she has celiac’s disease and is unable to eat paneras food) and kept coming over to our table to make comments. Everyone else had bought food from Panera and she had even ordered a drink, but the harassment we received from the staff member was disgusting and truly ruined our trip.

The storeis supposed to close at10pm. At 9pm, they removed all the coffee and hot water. Some customers walked in for coffeebat 9pm and walked out with nothing. This is bad business practice and not respectful to company rules and very bad customer service.

Oh boy. THERE SHOULD NOT BE A DRIVE THRU HERE! The food takes a while to prep, even waiting inside! Person in front of us, took forever then demanded a manager! In drive thru! So, we backed up, went inside. English was not well understood here. Frustrating experience.Parking: It's in a large plaza so usually parking is not an issue

Incredibly kind staff - especially to my Mom. Every time we go, the staff is professional and friendly, which is so appreciated!The customers, on the other hand? I have witnessed ridiculous behavior - and somehow the folks who showed up for work still treat them with patience and grace. Maybe it's the food that keeps them all in a good mood? I dunno - but they are pretty cool.

I had not been to this place for a long time, I was surprised by its very high prices, but above all by the terrible quality of its food, its slow service and we had to clean our table to eat, the green tea deposit, which we wanted as a drink It was empty, we notified the manager, she said she was going to refill it, which never happened.
