Throughout the seven years I’ve been ordering from this restaurant, I’ve managed to work through a good number of the dishes here, and can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed.Everything here feels like the tastiest version of itself, though the “four happiness” over the roast pork fried rice is a personal fave. Just the freshest, tenderest, most generous cuts of meat and vegetables. Huge portions, too. Easily two meals, and I’ve got a big appetite! The people are just the sweetest, and so hard-working, always going above and beyond to offer a top-shelf experience.Consistently satisfying and delicious food served fast and friendly. Love this place!

I’ve been going here since 2017 and never had a bad meal. Tasty, satisfying food, very generous portions, and the staff are super nice. To the people posting 1-star reviews: Are you SURE you’re posting about the right place?

Never been there before.. I asked the lady a question about the menue and she rolled her eyes at me... I own a business down the street and won't be back. Completely disrespectful

Very good authentic Chinese food! I was traveling through from VT and ended up making a pit stop at worlds end to take a hike and worked up an appetite for something heavy so I placed an order for takeout here. When I got to the restaurant I only saw one person working and as soon as I walked in he greeted me with a smile and while making my food asked how he could help me (mind you it was 90 degrees out so I can only imagine how hot it was in that kitchen). I got all of this for $9.30 which is amazing pricing for the quality and quantity of the food. The food pictured is general tso chicken, pork fried rice, and crab ragoons. I just want to thank the gentleman working, the food was tasty and you’re a very hard worker. Keep up the great work!

Still great! I noticed there weren't any pictures of the paper menu (the online version is unwieldy.). So here it is!

So we got take out recently about an hour before they closed. So maybe this is why our food was not good. The General Gau's chicken tasted more like pork than dark meat chicken normally does. The egg rolls had this sugary taste to them not sweet but like someone put sugar inside the egg roll. Not a good taste either. The pork friend rice had lots of pork and did taste good but the rice had zero flavor to it and had all of one mushroom and one onion slice. Nothing else to enhance the favor. The Lo Mein also did not taste good. The lone item we got that was good was Chicken Fingers which were yummy. The service was quite good and the person who waited on us was very friendly and gladly gave us extra duck sauce and utensils to eat our food with. We'll give this place one more try because like I said we did order our food about an hour before the close. I can't say if you should buy food here but I can say without reservation that you should NOT buy food here an hour or so before they close.

I think when you start a review with "the person who took my order was very, very nice". You know it's not going to be a really positive review. So we ordered food from Chinatown Restaurant and like I said the person who took our order was very, very nice. We got General Gau's "chicken" with an Egg Roll and Chicken Fingers. I'll start with the Chicken Fingers which were as good as I have ever had. They were awesome. That's the good now for not so good part of the review.... The egg roll had this sugary taste to it. I've eaten hundreds if not thousands of egg rolls in my lifetime and never before have I tasted an egg roll that had this sugary taste to it. Not sweet but like someone doused it with sugar before cooking it. Not a good taste sensation either. The General Gau's Chicken had dark meat which I am not a fan of. It also looked and tasted more like pork than chicken and had this funky taste to it that did not enhance it good. Thankfully it was not very spicy. The pork fried rice had lots of pork but the rice tasted very bland. It only had one slice of Mushroom and one slice of onion. No egg bits. No bean sprouts no anything that usually makes the rice taste better. It looked like it was the bottom of the barrel; which considering it was an hour before they closed it probably was. I struggled to eat about 1/8 of my meal then threw it away. We also got Lo Mein and that was also bland as heck. I gave them three stars based on how good the Chicken Fingers were and how nice the people who work there are. Summary: I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it was an hour before they closed and try them again. I struggled to give them three stars because like I said earlier the chicken fingers were good and the people who work there were very, very nice. I would say avoid them an hour or two before closing.

I love this restaurant! We only order Chinese food from here because it is the best in Weymouth and the surrounding area. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Never really cared for this Chinese food establishment. Every time I've gotten anything it always has a gross taste to it and the noodles from the lo Mein have like no flavor and don't care for the crab Rangoon. maybe I'll try again one day down the line.

Worst Pad Thai I’ve had in my entire life. Not exaggerating. Albeit, they are not a Thai establishment, however, don’t offer a dish if it’s absolute garbage. Barely any flavor, only veggie was onion (maybe 3 pieces of onion too), and noodles had a burnt flavor to them. Gross.

Very good food. Spare Ribs crispy and meaty. --- For the guy "never delivered food" ---They don't deliver.

Flower Child

Terrible! Crab Rangoon was disgusting, dry and hardly filled. Tasted like eating cardboard with oil.
