Always messes up the order, when they actually decide to answer the phone. Been on hold for over 15 minutes and now my coupon is expired. It’s always an issue here.

When I ask for a pocket I expect it to be in pocket form not like a pita sandwich which is what I got.Kid-friendliness: The boy behind the counter was very helpful and friendly

Papa's was always my favorite pizza. I don't know what I got today. Some orange yellow stiff thing. I think they lost me as a customer. Last meal before this was also not good. I have had luck with D'Angelo steak & cheese though. Unfortunate.

The Buffalo Mac N cheese is where it’s at, if you’ve never tried it yet I highly recommend it from here. Excellent staff that appreciates their customers .

The app and ordering from phone is horrible, and the pizza was overcooked. App kept taking me in circles. Way to much scrolling. App had no option to pay cash when I got there. Pizza was way over done

I don't care how busy you are, it is not appropriate to, pick up and put people on hold without saying anything, 3 times, leave people on hold for 3 minutes. Or answer after 3 minutes, say nothing, and hang up. None of you are children.

I ordered the steak and cheese. It Was nasty, very fatty and gross. I returned it and was given slices of pizza in its place. Even though The cheese steak cost over $12.50 and that didn’t cover the difference. No clue how march 3 slices would be but that’s all that was offered. The pizza itself was also gross. It was Under cooked and bland. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The quality of the food remains great but that is where the 3 star rating ends. The employees are not trained well at the register or the sandwich station. We ordered 2 small subs , 2 20oz. drinks and 2 bags of chips which qualifies as a meal deal. The employee did not honor the deal price and we had to point it out to him. The sandwiches were less than 6 inches and whoever made them left about 1/2 inch of empty bread at either end at a $9.50 price tag I would expect it to be full. This location is clean but run down and is in need of a remodel. The seats are squishy and saggy.Unfortunately, we will not be returning here due to the prices, small portions and lack of employee knowledge/training.

$12 for a small cheese pizza from a chain??!! $17 for a large pizza? $12 for a steak and cheese sub? I get that in 2022 we are in a period of inflation, but this is crazy! We're talking 30% price increases from one year ago ... and the quality has gobe DOWN since a venture capital group bought the brand! This used to be some of the most consistent pizza in New England. Its one of those places you miss more for nostalgia sake when you are away because you grew up eating it ... and it wasn't bad. When I moved back east from LA to escape the crime LA is now famous for, I loved Papa Ginos because it wasn't the sweet ketchup sugar sauce and bread-like sauce that most New England pizza joints are known for. The sauce has a little zing and the cheese doesn't taste like bulk bagged mozzarella. You could get a small for $7 and a large for $11 and there were usually coupons. Now, even with a 20% off coupon, you are paying gourmet pizza prices for essentially chain pizza. After seeing these price increases, they just lost me. I'm not cheap ... I will pay for artesinal quality ... but this isn't that. Good luck getting what used to be sit-down/homemade restaurant prices for inconsistent chain restaurant food Papa Ginos. This is what happen when large beancounter companies take over local ones.

Stop there while in the area on business in order to tuna pocket. The bread was stale, and the entire sandwich fell apart all over the wrapper.Next time, I'll go to the taco place two doors down if I want my meal to fall apart.Disappointed.

FYA this shop closes at 8 pm due to short staff. This needs to be updated on Google maps as well.
