Quite literally one of the worst dunks I’ve ever been to. The morning employees are some of the rudest humans to have to come across. This morning alone, 10/9/23, they got upset because I tossed an old coffee (that they ironically made incorrectly so I didn’t fully drink) into the trash. Openly saying inappropriate comments to and about me. I’ve worked in a coffee shop for 9+ years and I also know that you can’t take an old coffee over the counter per board of health policy. I had other items in my hand to toss so I didn’t dump it on the ground and the trash barrels outside the dunks were absolutely over flowing so that wasn’t an option. Could I have put the other stuff down and dumped it? Yes, completely. But I wasn’t thinking about that, I was in a rush, clearly hadn’t had coffee yet and just grabbed what I needed to toss and tossed it. Never did I think that tossing a coffee out would have been the end all and be all to someone’s day. Would also love to say this is a one time thing but they are literally NEVER in a good mood. I will try to say goodmorning or be polite and make a silly comment sometimes to toss them a bone of comedic relief or relatability and just get dirty looks in return. They need a full clean sweep of morning staff, preferably ones who know how to be polite to people and not talk about customers with them standing right there. It’s a coffee ladies, you’ll be okay.

This place is a joke. The ladies are aholes and know it alls. If you are having a good day, don't come in here. I had the luxury of being in here when an employee was screaming at a customer. This employee had to have been at least thirty years old. And this girl was a teenager. It's trashy and loud in there. Stay away from the lady who sings. She's even worse than the employee who harassed customers. This employee likes to get mad at you for asking for extra ice. She laughed in my face then sang the song on the radio terribly. Clearly the manager is scared of their employees. I wouldn't bring it up either. I'd be scared for my life.

Hello there,I recently visited this 634 Middle Street location in Weymouth MA with my 3 children. I ordered almost $30 worth of food to sit in and enjoy with them, however, the experience was more than unpleasant. It all started when I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin and asked that the English muffin be toasted. When I recieved my food, the English muffin was not toasted and, instead received an extra English muffin toasted. Another customer looked at me and I too him and I smirked and then just shook my head. It was at this time I noticed an employee staring at us. I do not know her name because they wouldn't provide it and she had no name tag. After staring at us, she turned around and walked away saying "grown men acting like children, what the fuck." And continued on to her manager and repeated "fucking love grown men acting like children." To which I replied " Excuse me?! We're grown men acting like children. Yet you're over there talking about us." She replied "Stay out of my conversation." To which I replied, "it's a conversation about me, and loud enough that I heard it all, so I'm going to say something. What the fuck?" And then I laughed and sat down. The employee continued to say things under her breath about me and laugh with the manager, so I replied "do you have something else to say?". To which the manager replied, "THATS ENOUGH MISTER! THATS ENOUGH!"At this time she came over to the side counter looking at me, and then my children, and saying to my children, "I'm sorry that this is someone you have to look up too and that raises you. You don't deserve that." I stood up, infuriated, to which she replied "what are you going to do, hit me?" To which I replied "Don't you ever talk to my children that way!" She then said "GET THE FUCK OUT! ENOUGH! GET OUT GET OUT!" I told her No and she stated she would call the police. I told her to do so and that "I am sick of entitled people who think they can say what they want without consequence especially when you work in customer service." She then told the original employee who started the who confrontation to "hit the button. The police will throw him out." I said nothing else. I waited for 15 minutes for the police to show up and they never came. I did have one employee "Ash" apologize and I stated "it's not your fault." To which she nodded. As I waited, we finished our food, and my oldest (14/F) took my other 2 children to the car (6/M and 3/F). I walked up to the counter looking for name tags to file in this complaint but the original employee who started this whole thing had none on and the manager was standing too far away to read it. I heard them say "why is he still here, maybe he should leave and focus on raising his kids." To which I said nothing, shook my head and left. This was BY FAR the worst experience I have not only had at Dunkin Donuts, but any food establishment in the 37 years I have been blessed to walk this earth. It is in my humble opinion that the manager and other employee never work for your company again. I will no longer be going to this 634 Middle Street location, which stinks, because it was the closest to us that I could take my children and sit down and enjoy the food. I hope this reaches someone who takes action as it has been brought to my attention that this isn't the first incident involving these employees there, but hopefully it's the last.

If you are not a townie don’t expect a warm welcome. Instead, expect blank stares as you walk up to the register to order. No Hello, good mornings or nothing, just deafening silence. There is one new kid that is great, he is pleasant and inviting. The coffee is good, better than the one by my house but the service is just awful. This place just benefits from being next to Shaws. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunks across the street. Awesome people, just no hot food.

My old go to dunkins.Kid-friendliness: I've been going here since I was a kid and I regularly see kids come in to get stuff with either their parents or friends.Parking: Entire shaw's plaza parking lot available for parking, including handicap/accessable parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors may be too narrow for a standard wheelchair and definitely too narrow for electric or powerchairs.

This is a great Dunkin, I always go to this location when I'm shopping at Shaw's. My coffee always tastes so good! I don't have to wait long compared to a lot of Dunkin locations. I highly recommend this location.

I will not go here again my sons father went her to get me 2 orders of bacon and a sandwich his mistake he didn’t check the bag before he got back and I looked they gave me three sandwiches no sides of bacon the original sandwich that I was supposed to get was supposed to be sausage egg and cheese extra sausage they didn’t give me the extra sausage he went back they gave him an attitude gave them the bacon burned it and the sandwich they didn’t make over they just gave me the extra bacon which fine that’s OK whatever but it was the attitude
