This place is a clown show in the afternoon. Morning staff are definitely better. I just stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service while the associate worked on something else without any explanation about the delay. I eventually just left and got my coffee at Cumberland Farms.

Jan 21st, 2024 (6:00 pm shift) claimed the food machine was broken. I asked for a Large ice cream only and extra ice, there was no extra ice and when I asked to add she looked like she was talking to a friend and just gave a cup of ice, terrible atmosphere and customer service.

Do not let the 4 stars here fool you, if the reviews were reset for when this dunkins reopened it would easily be 1-2 stars guaranteed. It's likely bad management decisions here (like having only 1 maybe 2 people at front desk to not only take in person orders but mobile app orders). And to give the employees some credit here the stress probably causes them to make mistakes more often, every single time I go here something was missing or wrong to the point where I have to check and fix something before I leave. I live down the street and will now be going out of my way to not visit this dunkins. What a bummer.

How hard is it to make a coffee? I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk, Splenda and hazelnut. I got an iced coffee instead when I asked for the lady to make it a hot coffee, the same way she just gave me a plain hot coffee with nothing in it horrible why is it so hard to work at Dunkin?

First time here and it was way better than my local Dunkin. The service was great and there are many more options for food than my local dunkin. The wake up wraps are hot right after you oder and made to perfection. The refreshers are very flavorful. A great Dunkin location.

I hadn't been here in awhile. I'm not sure what changed, but the negativity was palpable. Everyone working there seemed kind of angry. No napkins, or condiments available. Just trashy. The food was okay and it didn't take very long, but something is off there.

Longtime Weymouth resident here. This legit use to be THE best Dunkin’ Donuts around. They had fresh donuts everything was great. New ownership clearly only cares about profits. I hate to leave a bad review but this store deserves it. Everything is 1-star. Food is horrible, drinks never made right. I know it’s just a Dunkin I’m not expecting top tier food/drinks but cmon. Act like you care.

Extremely rude employees. They also couldn't get my coffee right. I asked for no whipped cream.. they gave me whipped cream. I said 2 pumps of the pumpkin swirl.. they gave me 3. My coffee was way too sweet. They also asked me to pull up cause they couldn't get my order out fast enough.. the location itself is conveniently. The store itself is clean and nice.

It is hit or miss when I go here. My biggest issue is when I’m ordering for my kids and they throw all the different frosted donuts in one bag.Strawberry icing will get all over the chocolate munchkins and now my son doesn’t want them cause he does not like strawberry, and now they are messy.

This is the best Dunkin I've ever been to. The two ladies working the counter the afternoon of 9/16/23 were the most pleasant, energetic and considerate employees I have yet to encounter at all the Dunkin stores I've been to (in several states.) Plus the fact that they still make their own doughnuts, and offer flavors like lemon that other stores don't carry, puts them in a whole different class. No burnt coffee here, they make a new pot. There are Dunkins closer by but it's worth going a town over to get this incredible service. Thanks, so much.
