I ran out of gas yesterday in the Napoli Pizza parking lot. I ran in to tell the owner, George that I was calling AAA. George dropped all he was doing to help me and insisted I cancel the AAA request. He put the gas he had for his generator into my car. When that wasn’t quite enough he gave me the keys to his car to get more gas. He doesn’t know me at all but jumped to help. I couldn’t thank him enough. In a time where most people would have driven by he stayed by my side to assist. He mentioned assisting with the hope that should something happen to his family someone would stop to help. This is a lesson I will forever remember.We have always been customers of Napoli. The kindness George showed is also woven in the fabric of his business and staff. We will forever remain loyal customersThanks George. ❤️

I've been eating this pizza for 20+ years and it has never once dissapointed me. Large cheese, boom. Old number 1, fastball down the middle my best your best let's see if you can hit it. These guys just do a damn good cheese pizza. That's not just a review, that's a fact of life. Yeah!

Stopped for takeout on the way by late one night. 3 small pizzas and a small sub - $65! Service was friendly and the food was ready very quickly. Pizza was really good. Hand stretched dough and fresh toppings. You'd think the buffalo chicken pizza would come with a blu cheese or ranch on the side. Italian sub was tasty with oil and vinegar (most places skip this), albeit small and uninspiring without much meat. All in all a positive experience, food was fast and fresh but there are so many other places I'd rather spend $65 on dinner to get more for my buck. Would stop in again but never go out of my way to get there.

I have to give 5/5!!!…from the customer service and very clean/bright atmosphere to the fresh quality food!! I am impressed and will definitely be back. The owner who actually has a couple other locations on the south shore was just a genuinely kind, good energy, make your day better type of guy, I cannot wait to come back to be honest!! The salad was fresh and crisp not soggy and dated with low quality lettuce and other produce like I’ve come to expect from restaurants unfortunately ..the pizza was delicious, the pepperonis and crust were both crisp like I like them not to much sauce and just tasted fresh…I can’t wait to try some of his other menu items!! Great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Nice big parking lot!!Kid-friendliness: Cartoons on tv booths for families perfect place for a family pizza night.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and double doors right into the restaurant

Napoli House of Pizza has excellent sandwiches and a nice place to sit down and eat. When in the area, I like to stop there for lunch.

Owner refused to honor ,$ 18 gift certificate I won from Weymouth senior center charity raffle. What a cheapskate! Then proceeded to embarrass my daughter and my 8 yr old granddaughter with lengthy tirade demanding to know where she got certificates.

Don’t even waste your time ! Staff is rude food is even worse than the service! I asked for a bread substitute for my sandwich and the manager declined. How hard is it to make a fish sandwich instead of a sub.
