To preface this, I have ordered from this location for years both online and over the phone. I know how the app works and the accuracy of orders within. That being said, I am incredibly dissatisfied with my order today. I ordered 3 pizzas online. The app told me the order would be delivered by 6:05. My receipt says the order would be delivered by 6:05. The timeframe came and went. I understand places are busy and sometimes an order might be delayed 10-15 minutes. By 6:35 I began wondering what the hold up was. The app kept updating and went from the 6:05 timeline to 6:25. Finally at 6:51 I called to cancel my order. The guests I had needed to leave and couldn't wait any longer. When I called, the person didn't seem to care that I was told the delivery time was 45 minutes earlier. They told me that the 6:05 time was when the order would begin and delivery would be within 45 minutes of the 6:05 timeframe. ( from the app: Delivery Time: Monday November 27, 2023 06:05 PM). When I tried to cancel the order they were trying to convince me otherwise saying the order was already out and wanted to know if "I was sure" I wanted to cancel it. When the delivery driver arrived, he profusely apologized for how long it took to receive the order (without me saying anything about the delay). I know it's not their fault so I appreciated them acknowledging that there was a delay as opposed to the person I spoke to on the phone. I feel that a 45+ minute delay is unacceptable.

Did an online order . Came to pick up at the correct time . 2 employees were cooking and ignored me while I kept saying - hello and excuse me. The pizza guy had his back to me with AirPods in but the girl on the other side saw me , made eye contact and then hid behind shelf . I waited 8 mins to even be helped by a staff that was in the bathroom

Great summer treat to get ice cream delivered! Who else does that?
Food always delivered fast and still hot! We try to order here at least once a week.Edit: not anymore. The last 3 times I ordered the food wasn't even edible. We were refunded twice. Other time I didn't want a refund so they'd know I wasn't just looking for free food. Tonight I got a salad with rotten lettuce and that was the last straw for us. Never again.

Food was very greasy but that’s to be expected…What wasn’t expected was to be siting in an empty restaurant, with one counter person as well as two cooks hanging telling stories and all you can hear is F this F that and every other word was S—T . When your 10 year old son asks why they are swearing so much it was time to go ..Thanks for an awful experience on a Saturday afternoon.Unacceptable.!!

Always hot and on time. Excellent food, never an issue. Easy to order on the app or by phone. Getting in and out is easy even though it's a busy area. Over this Papa Gino's is one of the best around!
