“today i went to dunkin in whitman with my sister and had a great experience with James! our drink was a little off and when i asked for a new one i felt so bad, but they made it with no worries! they even fixed the other drink so my sister and i could both enjoy! they were so kind and a great example for their other coworker, who asked to watch how to prepare our refresher. all the other workers on this shift were all doing good too! joking around with each other and getting everything done quick, great people! if you visit this dunkin and see James make sure to throw some money in that tip jar, they're doing great!“
“Pretty good and consistent Dunkins', which is very important to me. It seems the staff changes a lot so it's hard to develop a remembrance for both sides, (like knowing my order and name after going there for over a year!) As for the atmosphere, there are some things I do not like about their staff and I sometimes leave with a boggled mind. I know other people might have different opinions but I really don't want my food handed to me by the bearded lady! Does anyone else feel the same?!Kid-friendliness: I don't know if "kid friendly" is an accurate description but I can say that children under a certain age should not be subjected to LGBTQ issues and or politics whether it's audible or visionary. I know Dunkin Donuts isn't a place where children find adults to look up to but their minds do take in EVERYTHING they see, especially while their brains are still developing. I really don't feel like explaining political issues to my Son after leaving Dunkins'!“
“Came in to grab a few things. Employees were very kind. I noticed my ice coffee was made wrong but I still would've drink anyways and they realized it wasn't correct also and changed it for me. They apologized and gave my kids a few extra munchkins. Thank you so much for your kind service. I dont get that where we are from.“
“Adorable little coffee shop. It's next to the theatre tucked along the side street by the hospital. I didn't see it right away but after I went in, the aromas were wonderful and I had to try their yuen-yueng latte which definitely won me over. Thank you for your kindness and your care and love for the things you make, I can tell effort goes into it “

“One of the best surprises to come from the South Shore Plaza! This place is unlike any other food court or mall food experience you'll have - Lumi is a very affordable and very fresh alternative to the norm and if you hadn't tried it yet, it's definitely something to put on your radar! The food is fresh, the storefront is always clean and inviting and the service is quick and friendly. I got the beef Banh Mi and can't stop thinking about it - I don't even like cilantro but there is NOTHING on it I could bring myself to change. Try them out if you're looking for something new and delicious! :p“
