This is to the management, get it together.I ordered twice this week in the morning the same items and both were not edible or tasty. Undercooked food is not worth the money or time, you need to train the people on how to get the order right and for sure get the drink accurately prepared as ordered not the way they want to prepare it.Last chance for you and your team.
For a coffee shop, this Dunkin's outlet is open fairly late. You'll find the same items here as at any other Dunkin's in New England: bland coffee, ultra-zapped hot items, and empty, ultra-processed donuts and baked goods. But, gosh, their mobile app, with all its discounts and bonus points offers, is addictive, plus they have all sorts of sugary iced coffee drinks if the McD's or gas station variety doesn't suffice.When I stopped by just before closing, service was efficient...read full review

Coffee is never consistent. Some days it’s good, other days it’s horrible. Not sure what the problem is with that issue. Same thing with breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. They come out burnt or not heated up all the way. Some times the food is still cold. Not enough people working the counter to move the line along inside the store.
