Everything about this place (except the staff) was a mixed bag. I had a chicken parm sub, a chicken parm calzone, and a pepperoni pizza.The chicken parm sub, the chicken was a little too juicy, strange problem I know, but the cutlets were too thick, so they held a lot of moisture and made the bread soggy. This great place is really take-out/catering only (maybe 2 tables), but has an ample menu, fantastic food, great owner/staff. They make bread on-site, and I think they pull their own mozzarella. I have been ordering from AJ's religiously for like 6 years - (At least that's how long I've been working next door) I haven't tried everything, but can definitely recommend what I have tried - especially their eggplant - it is my favorite thing from there, and reminds me of my Mimi's eggplant (SUPERB!)
