“I have never had any issues regarding service or food at pacific grove the food is delicious and staff and very friendly. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to the fact that on a couple of occasions, the other patrons can get a little too rowdy for my taste, and some have even got confrontational. However, this again isn't due to lack of service from the establishment, but due to lack of judgment from other patrons on how much they can drink.“

They have a small-medium menu, but they do it very well.I think everyone, including myself, was surprised when we walk in and get greeted by a very *enthusiastic* staff :).Going to try more of their menu but their pad thai is amazing. Big portion, and super saucy, so if you like less of a 'dry' pad thai, I'd definitely recommend it.They've also got a small market to buy some basic Thai staples if you're so inclined. TIP from the restaurant, If you order online order through TOAST, it is cheaper than order through the restaurant website. Seems crazy, buts it's true. I ordered Pad See Ew with chicken. “YUM ? first of all, I lived in Chiang Mai, Thailand for a year and this place is pretty authentic. Love that they have northern dishes that a lot of Thai places don’t have on the menu. Loved Gai Yang, Khao khai jiao, and Chiang Mai noodle soup (Khao soi). Delivery is fast and they always include little foreign treats. This is my go to Thai spot :)“

The lady who owns and runs it is a fantastic personality and a joy to see for every short occasion. If you're a fan of authentic Thai street food and not just pad thai and tom yum, this is the place. We got the kao mun gai (chicken & rice) and it's delicious! My boyfriend even prefers this more than our usual spot - Hen in Somerville. I got the khao kha moo (braised pork thigh with rice + chinese broccoli and boiled egg) and omg I was on cloud nine!! “Very good food. We got Spicy Bamboo with beef which was very tasty. The vegetables in the dish were yummy. The beef could have been cooked till more tender. It was too chewy for me. We had an appetizer, golden triangles, that were okay. I bet they would be better if there were 2-3 larger ones rather than many smaller ones. They reminded me of tiny Indian Samosas. The sweet chili sauce was perfect. The service was great. Atmosphere is that of a small place with about 10 tables. I would return for sure.“

“Favorite Thai Takeout in Wakefield. I order from here very regularly. It's a cute hole in the wall type place with excellent food. Service is always great - friendly and quick. Few of my favorite meals: Charm Thai Fried Rice, Pad Woonsen, Drunken Noodle, Red Chicken Curry, and Green Chicken Curry. Everything is fresh and flavorful, not overwhelming or bland and the portions are great - I usually get two meals out of it. They are not stingy with the protein either. The Thai Iced Tea is also made really well here. It's right on Main Street - when you can snag a parking spot right in front/on Main Street it's a dream, but there is a parking lot and (side) street parking right around the corner. They also do delivery if you prefer or need that. There is only one maybe two tables inside so it's definitely a takeout joint, not an eat-in kind of restaurant, but if you are craving Thai food and want something delicious, this is the place to go!“

“My Lao parents moved down south so intricate dishes such as Nam Khao, Crispy Lad Nah, and Papaya salad are staples I must have regularly. Laos Thai Kitchen hits the nail on the head and really emulates the flavors and textures that reminds me of my familys cooking. Please keep it going! The food is very on par of what you would expect from your Lao grandmother and Lao mother. It’s is a piece of home I have and cannot say enough good things about this place!!“

“It's fine, maybe 3 and a half. I think it is not as high quality as some of the places around here and you know it's a take out place, not a fancy sit down restaurant. I think it would be ideal for hanging around with some folks, drinking a couple of beers and watching sports or something. The prices are great, the portions are great, the food, well it's good not great. I still reccomend and it is a great addition to Melrose long term. The tempura (and there is a lot of it) seems to be more like you would get for the breading in a sweet and sour recipe at a standard Chinese American storefront. I do like that you can choose the spiciness. The price to quality ratio is such that it gets the four, but there is higher quality thai food in the area if you are introducing someone for the first time. Let me add that the woman that worked there was friendly as hell and I showed up early and she apologized for it not being ready like she was a magician or something.“

“I had a large combination pho for take-out. It was very good and had all ingredients I expected, with good meat. They are nice. The atmosphere is peaceful with pleasant music in the background. The price is a great deal; I paid much more at another place in Woburn. If I lived closer I'd go here every week as I guess they also have Thai food. You can't usually park right in front; close to lunchtime I just parked close by on E. Nichols (the street where the fire station is).“

“Picked up from this place for dinner and it was alright. We also drive by this place every week but never really noticed it until today and decided to give it a try since we're in a sushi mood. We got sushi duh and they're ok, no complaints except for the spicy scallop makis (they tasted a lil odd). We gave this place a 4/5 because 1. their spicy chicken wings aint spicy, it's saucey and sweet and we didn't know how to feel. 2. the spicy avocado salad which I was excited for, had more cucumbers than anything else (I was craving imitation crabmeat:( ) and yea it's a place that doesn't really focus on serving sushi & just Japanese cuisine. They also offer Chinese and Thai and Pan Asian dishes so next time, when we're in the mood for solidly sushi, we'd try another place.“

“Ginger tea was fab. Ran out of Maine beer. Fresh spring rolls were disappointing with little flavor, mostly lettuce with mint leaves on the outside & a thick sticky sauce with crushed peanut on top that was just ok & had to ask for 2 additional containers as portion was skimpy. Dumplings were average. Massaman curry was tasty. Sauce was a bit thin over the tasty rice. Curry was seved in an elevated crock pot designed to have heat source underneath, which was non existant. Not as good as previous Thai place there but will try again & pick different items. Seating is a bit on top of each other but expected at these small places.“

“This has been my #1 sushi spot for many, many years. They have many great options. I always order the maki regular, which comes with a miso soup as well. Also, the shrimp and chicken pad thai. They have an abundance of plants both inside and outside, even some tomato and pepper plants, which is a really nice touch. We arrived before normal dinner hours and found one of the ladies tending to the vegetable plants outside. Just from this sight, I knew the restaurant would be good. I wasn't super hungry, but ordered the fresh summer rolls with shrimp, a small tom yum soup with shrimp, and split the mango sticky rice with my friend. The summer rolls were delicious! Normally, I'm not a fan of the peanut sauce that comes with it, but this one was very good! The soup was the perfect level of spicy and had a generous serving of vegetables. Though we were both really full, I couldn't leave without trying the mango sticky rice. The mango was divine; I regret not getting my own plate. The rice was perfectly cooked and creamy. It was some of the best mango sticky rice I've ever had. I regret not coming here sooner, but I'm so glad I got to try it before I go home. Everything was great and if I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back!“
